6Most of the associates are very friendly and 1 or 2 act like the customer is bothering them when checking out. If you don't like to be friendly and acting like your wanting to help the customer then get another job. Your just running people out and hurting the others who are extremely helpful.

Will never go back to this one. Went in today because I needed to get a battery check since they do them for free. The employee older man didn’t want to come outside because it was hot (which I understand) but as it’s his job and other employees were busy with other customers I thought I had to beg him to please check my battery since my car barely wanted to start and make it over there. He tested the battery and he said it needs a charge (which they do charge battery) I asked if he could do that he said “I really don’t want to, do you know anyone who can do it for you? ” I said no but I’ll drive to auto zone or another ol Riley’s and I’m sure they’ll help me. But my car didn’t start when I got in so he had to take my battery out and charge it and it came out bad and I had to buy a new one. Why do I have to beg for service and someone to do their job like it all could have been so simple.
Excellent experience! The staff (Chris) was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He discussed troubleshooting and did not try to oversell, but ended up selling exactly what I needed to get the job done. I chose to buy a little extra from his discussion - but he did not "sales pitch" it. Because of his service, I will return to this location preferentially! And this trip saved me $hundreds because my mechanic was not available so I had to do it myself. Yay, O'Reilly!
Very helpful and persistent on trying to find parts for my problem child. Many shop's wouldn't put that much effort in.
