Checked part availability, they had part. Got to store ar 8: 55, waited until 9: 20 no one had shown up so went another store!
I was told part had be ordered pickup next day. Here iam in store next day as I told associate behind counter parts were not delivered, he told me had to drive 3 miles because to the next store they were in stock. He could have those parts delivered to his store. Hello duh!
They guys her were very helpful. Fun crowd. When I asked questions they didn’t make me feel dumb, they were happy to help. At least that how it came across. Thank you O’Reilly AP.
Purchased a Red Top Optima Battery from the Federal store man great service new Manager they offered to install it. About two weeks later the battery goes bad no worries Optima and O'Reilly have great no hassle warranty policy. I go into the 2705 Southmore store. I get serviced by this lady Manager Leo was the name on her shirt. I give her my phone number so they can look up info/verify warranty. Then looks at my Battery and with a straight face said "That battery is not two weeks old", mind you I still have the cover and they put some kind of date code when you purchase batteries from them. I ignore her insult and request that they test the battery. I learned something new according to Leo "Gel cell batteries take longer to charge for them to test. " Never received a call or no notification that day. What ever I show up the next morning Leo again services me and confirms that the battery is bad and has the warranty information but decided she will not honor the exchange, tells me to go back to Federal store! Needless to say I'm. She is basically calling me a thief to my face. I so badly wanted to cuss her fat ugly behind out but don't. I get my bad battery back and head out. I did finally get my bad battery exchange but it was at the 4621 Spencer Hwy store. They were great no hassle no issues. Thank you.
