The staff were very helpful and competent. The store was clean and well lighted. They had the part I needed in stock.

O'Reilly's has great service. More part selection, slightly higher priced, but better quality parts. Awesome in store sales flyer deals. Parts counter always great assistance and helping you find the right part.

The prices, very expensive. I always check Walmart first, the situation is difficult, there is no money.

Trent and Jose were great, above and beyond. They assisted me on Saturday evening, 29 Jul 2023. I had first gone to Autozone, only 2 businesses over to get assistance tightening the jumbo nut on my hitch. I was told my only option was to by the appropriate size wrench. Guess what…it cost as much as a hitch. No thanks! I then went to O’s and made the same request for assistance. Without hesitation they said, “ let’s se what we can do. ” Together they were able to tighten it significantly and alleviate my concerns of having any issues with it as we begin a 4,000 mile journey from San Antonio to Alaska. I’m big on service and O’s may have just earned a customer for life and Autozone may have just lost this one.

Honestly can't say enough good things. Trent was extremely helpful and patient with my lack of knowledge. Every O'Reilly's that I have been to in San Antonio has been exemplary. I would choose this place 100x over Auto Zone. Everyone is so welcoming and really trying to help. Really feels like you are talking to an old buddy instead of an employee. 10/10 experience.

The assistant manager Joe went above and beyond helping me tonight! My brakelight was in bad shape and he helped me get it back to operational status! He is literally amazing and I can't thank him enough!
