Store is clean but theres a clerk that literally knows NOTHING about cars. Idk why hes working there. He ordered the wrong part for my car n i should have known better when he said IM NOT A MECHANIC, I JUST WORK HERE.

I live up by Canyon Lake, TX. I needed to have my faob battery replaced at O'Reilly Auto Parts. As soon as I walked in, they were asking if they could help me. Instead of having to wait, there were enough staff to take care of me. Very knowledgeable and very friendly.
My 2015 Ford Mustang began giving me start-up problems on the drive to our float trip in the Guadeloupe River. I nursed it to OReilly’s in Canyon Lake. Wendy tested the battery and alternator for free. Bad battery. Good alternator. So, she sold me a new battery AND installed it for me (trickier than you’d think). And just like that: I’m on the road again like Willie Nelson! Thanks Wendy!
Great experience. Needed to have my battery checked and replaced. Mike was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and he had us back on the road in no time.
