This managers are very rude!
First I don’t get the receipt from the purchase. He said to me you don’t get the receipt I can’t give a credit! I told him the lady don’t give to me he said she is a manager a manager and you need to asked first. And you are lucky is the system, next time you needed asking for receipt! This is ridiculous never come back here ever again. The purchase was made only 2 business day! I have my credit card receipt! They are the mangers oh lord! Get good training management! Because you are ridiculous rude! September 30th 2023 hopefully they ready this message because that

Place and parts for every day needs and specialty tools are a guaranteed free when returning after deposit paid. May take 9 days to show up back on credit card. But it does.
If the manager isn't there don't expect to have the kids behind the counter even consider a warranty replacement. I bought an air pump off the shelf. I took it out it was damaged and obviously previously returned. It worked for ONE DAY. I went back to the NW military location to ask for a warranty replacement. The kids don't know policy. They made no attempt to look up my purchase history and flat out said they need to know more information. I left fresh dirt on it to differentiate the previous wear from when I tried to use it. I was told "I need the box" As a previous employee of the company I know when doing warranty returns you first check purchase history.if the customer doesn't have a receipt the employee can look it up and print a copy. The box is not required for warranty replacements. The warranty item goes in the box that it is being replaced with and labeled with a warranty return sticker. The kid behind the counter was afraid to make any judgment other than "he can't do it". This is the second time employees at this location have either not known policy or refused to assist with a CEL after I watched him get off a chair in the back and approach the counter.
