O'Reilly Auto Parts, Wichita Falls TX

Everytime I go to this O'Reilly location I ask for Stephen. He is young but understands excellence in customer service with a smile. Another plus is that he never makes me feel incompetent because I don't know which wiper blades (or whatever it is I'm looking for) I need for my truck! I appreciate this store because they have all helped me at one time or another with something.

I was Blatantly denied service at this store Saturday because, of my skin color. I have NEVER BEEN so embarrassed in my entire life. The other workers didn’t even attempt to rectify the situation. I just walked out and went to Autozone and spent $450 to fix my truck. I will NEVER go back to this store!

O'Reilly is a good place to get your auto parts, got what i needed, easy in easy out. No problems.

Came to this location to get a car battery. Waited at the counter for five minutes. After being ignored, I went to the batteries to find what I needed. After looking for fifteen minutes, I finally determined they were out of stock. I wasn’t certain because no one came to try to assist. Being ignored by employees in the store for 20 minutes. I decided to go across the street to Advanced Auto where I was assisted immediately, purchased my new battery, and returned to my truck within 10 minutes.

I called ahead to have part pulled. Got there, no one has any ideal about the part. I was told I must of went to the wrong Oreillys. Then the counter person went to someone else to help them. I had to find someone else to help me. Seven customers and only one counter person. I guess you just pick and choose who you wait on. I just hope it wasnt because I was female.

I gotta give credit where it's due, and $$$.
i must say these guys did come through for me.
I kinda messed up with the pickup location with the online order, but the manager was able to get me the part quickly, even though he was annoyed with me.the only place In Wichita falls that had a control arm for a ford expedition and that's why they got the $$$. Thanks.

O'Reilly is great the have the parts i need most of the time and prices are competitive.and best of all they support NHRA Drag Racing yeah the only Real Racing there is on the planet 1000,000 times better than Nascar toilet bowl Racing.

I am in the process of rebuilding a rear end for my pu. I need all the brake parts, bearings etc to completely rebuild the new rear end for my pu. Would be several hundred dollars worth of parts. The girl behind the counter started making excuses why they couldn't turn them today, went back and asked Justin in commercial parts about turning them. Said they were too busy to turn them today. I was never asked how soon I needed them or anything like that. I just wanted to drop them off, and order all the parts I needed and come back next week and pick up everything then. Very, very poor customer service. Lazy workers. Orielys has lost a customer over their laziness and incompetence.

I had a bad battery so I went to Oreillys on jacksboro hwy since they have helped me previously. John set me up with a battery and installed it. I had a lot of corrrosion on one cable. John cleaned it up and put in battery. None of it easy in the freezing weather. This was another satisfying trip to oreillys. They always do me right, and in this case John did a little extra. Thanks!

Always helpful & professional. Prices are usually better than other auto parts stores. Employees very knowledgeable about mechanical issues. They'll change out many items for you, like wipers, light bulbs, etc. They'll run a free check engine light diagnostics and tell you what's making your light come on.

When there is another auto parts store right across the street you would think that the service would be a little better.

Justin was the associate who helped me. He was very sweet and seemed happy to help! Great experience. Will go back for sure!

Great customer service. No matter the question they are ALWAYS helpful especially when one of the dashboard lights come on (ie church engine light)
