They sold me damaged and used parts SMH
Couldn't find a part and said there was no such thing showed them and still no such thing. Learn your parts
EVERY time I've gone here they give me the wrong part although all details are specified correctly to them.
Went to the store to get rust remover /converter. One employee was watching the Astros on his phone and the others were talking about three short phone calls and that it might be corporate auditing them. I was in the store longer than 30 minutes and when I gave up and finally went to get help they were more worried about answering the phone then helping customers in the store. This was at 7: 30 and it was pretty slow. Guess I should have called first very disappointed. Complete waste of time.
I had a problem at this store not too long ago. I wasn't happy, but the manager made it up to us. I liked that, that showed character and they own up to their mistakes.
Always leave with exactly what I need. Prices aren't super high! & most times, parts I need are in stock!
One of the best O'Reilly's I've been to in a while, Conner helped me replace a PITA Kia battery that took tools from his truck to help replace, he had no problem with helping me and my family get a good new battery in the car before we left.
A second time he promptly helped me return some unneeded parts in exchange for things i did need, and again i left a very happy customer.
Worth the short drive to get this kind of service.

Since I needed a new battery, my son n law recommend this place. My problem is we were not acknowledged not even after standing in line. We had to let a young man know that we needed help. An older guy assisted at that very moment and apologize. I feel that the battery was a bit pricey for a Kia soul. The personal was knowledgeable and this help the sale s lot
Employees are helpful and the wait is never long. We just about always find what we need. They will change out your cat battery for you if you need them to.
The employees here seem to be knowledgeable about cars & trucks unlike other Auto parts chains. Very clean and organized, prices could be cheaper but having personell that aren't clueless offsets the cost.
Customer service is always top-notch here. Employees are always friendly, helpful, and tend to be more knowledgeable than competing auto parts stores.
Always find what I'm looking for. Prices are reasonable and staff is average at times and better the rest of the time.
Active team with great service. Knowledge and suggested sales are spot on. Stock is usually good, with just some minor attention to product position needed. Overall, this is really a great clean auto parts store (coming from someone who managed a competitor for years).
Horrible service refusing to return a starter without manager approval I have a receipt for the reman starter that is less then a week old and well within the store return policy
