Couldn't get my parts on time any where /O'Reilly came through / thank you Chelby for your time

Sweethearts! Receptive, genuine, and informative staff. They helped me navigate the store and saved me some money by not purchasing items i didnt need.

Very helpful and curtious and fast and explain what I had to do too fix my problem thank you really appreciative.

No waiting, purchased all items needed, was able to have someone change my wiper blades, good pricing.

This afternoon there was a guy at the store 90 on Tilden Rd named Francisco who was very disrespectful, using profanity and violently threaten a customer. I need parts sometimes and I hope never go back again.

We could not wait 2 hours at Sears, so we went to O' Reilly. We were helped right away with the purchase of a new battery & installation. Staff was outstanding. Thank you.

Had what I wanted but the male coworkers didn't want to help me with my headlight bulb. I always come here verses auto zone or auto advance. But this visit and other in the passed has been crazy.

Horrible no customer service rude and slow disrespectful no sense of urgency refused to offer solutions if it wasn't for the points I wouldn't be returning

I called for a part they said they had it I ask him to check and make sure he confirmed when I get there no part and I had to wait 30 min then sold me a part at higher price

Way better than AutoZone they actually get you the right part the first time and will give you a warranty on it

Very bad experience in this place and go twice I want to validate a warranty on two batteries and ask me the phone number and I do not find in the system besides the girl was there again mocks not buy orriley

This is the store where women should come to. They don't mind properly installing your battery.
