O'Reilly Auto Parts, Spring TX

Ordered my parts and when i could not pick them up they saved them till i could. This particular store Was very helpful. The oil I was looking for was not on the shelf and they looked it up and found the ones in the back

It was okay, but I was given the wrong headlight bulb. My husband said they would do that and he took care of it.

The people at 45 and Rayford were very nice and helpful. They allowed us to borrow some tools. Super awesome people!

Great place for parts. They do turning and oil recycling, and they have a great tool loan program. So if you got the time, you can save alot of money.

The staff was cheerful and knowledgeable. They had my products in stock. Total on side time was about 7 minutes

Very helpful charged battery on car when that wasn't the problem they checked our car cyr battery died so does the part very nice

Ordered a taillight for my truck; came in and it was the wrong side. Gentleman was very nice about it, picked up the phone and had it in the same afternoon.

Ana is the best person to go to when you need something. She takes the time to problem solve what it is you need. She cares about her customers. And I noticed she helps her fellow coworkers with problem solving their own issues.

Always great deals and great customer service. Store is clean and well stocked. If you can't find it at AutoZone or Advance, chances are O'Reilly has it.

Came in 5 mins after 9pm needing my headlight changed. The guy told me it was only him and one other guy and that they cannot step outside after 9. Then while I am still outside changing my light. The guy steps out to talk to three guys that I guess he knew. Then I gave him a dirty look for lying to me and he came over and changed my light for me which he could of did in the first place. It took only 30 seconds literally.

O'Reilly has always been my first choice when it comes to price, quality, and availability. My truck overheated the other day and thankfully O'Reilly was the closest auto parts to my location. I was back on the road in under 30 minutes, thanks O'Reilly!

Always have the parts I need. Great service, they are always busy wish they staffed for employees but I understand corporate greed. I haven’t had any problems out of this location. I appreciate a good parts store close to home!

Extremely helpful. I needed a replacement brake caliper, and they found the one I needed, ordered it, and called me when it arrived.

These guys are slammed eight customers in love with three at the counter and phones ringing. Would be great if corporate would take less profit, and get them help.maybe a phone line with support nationally where they can check inventory at the local store. They never showed stress, and were very polite.

I came in with a front blinker that wasn't working, it ended up being the socket parts had come apart. Amber and Jouse helped me get all the parts back together and I couldn't have done it without them. I am always met with nice faces and helpful hands when I come in and I want to thank everyone who works here.

Needed oil for my vehicle. Went in, not sure what type my husband usually puts in. Jimmy not only picked out what I needed, he also put it in for me. This was double appreciated since I was on my lunch hour and in dress clothes. Thank you!
