No one asked if I needed assistance. I was in the store for 30-40 minutes while three employees walked around. I was at the front of the store looking for a product I never found. Awful customer service. FYI, I was wearing a mask.
Great people. Thought I needed a battery, but only needed a connector tighten. They did that for me and sent me one my way. (The wrecker driver probably knew that was all that was needed, but he didn't say anything.)
Saul helped us on our visit. I gave him a list of all that I needed. He was extremely accommodating, patient & professional. I've always been a fan of AutoZone. But Saul's outstanding customer service will drive a hard bargain.

Quality customer service is right around the corner! My car decided it may want to start or it may not want to, and I so happen to need to run several errands. So I kinda needed it to not act like it might need a sick day so I took it to O'Reilly's to check the battery.
They didn't try to upsell me on anything or slick talk me or you know.they were very straightforward I thought it was the battery, it was the battery and they sold me a battery. A good battery. Thank you.
People were great and they matched the price from another store which is great so for now on I'm just gonna make all my purchases here and the people were very helpful and very professional.
A great worker put both my windshield wipers on my Kia Soul and a windshield wiper in the back and he replace one of my headlights he was very kind I am very grateful thank you for your service
This is a Honesty Auto Parts Store. This location in particular is one of the Best. I know this from first hand experience. The front manager and front Rep Erwin do a fantastic job everytime. I go to O' Reilly's first and everybody else second. No matter what happens the O' Reilly's stores will take care of their customers.

Very slow. Every single time i stop in it takes at least 20 minutes just to get to the counter. They're always understaffed.
