A few weeks ago my car battery died and it was almost 9 p.m. I called and asked if they could stay open for an extra couple of minutes and they did. Waited for me and got me in and out quickly with a new battery. Really appreciate them going the extra mile!
Young man who applied my wiper blades was wearing mask I was pleased. However another employee was not within 6 feet range of customer. Neither wearing face mask. Against CDC guidelines. Will address to corporate if not amended
My battery died and it was almost 9 pm on a weeknight. I called and they stayed open a couple of minutes past closing time to wait for me and helped me get a new battery in minutes. Very appreciative of the staff for going the extra mile!
Friendly staff, the gentleman working today approached my fiance and I asking if we needed help instead of us having to look for help.
The customer service was nonchalant and cared less, even the item I went to ask for was too expensive compared to other places.

Cheaper than I thought for what I needed. Always helpful but I was told at the location I went to they don't check your battery if it's raining but AutoZone does.

I came to buy a battery and everybody was super friendly but I had to come back to return it because my car had corroded with the old battery bolts. Friendliness went away from these guys. Customer service here went from 5 stars to zero stars!
Called in and spoke to George Allen he was able to find the part I needed and have it shipped to the store under an hour. When I went to pick up my order he made me feel like I was family. Great help thank you George.
