They helped me find a place that tests emissions, even though this location does not. That was very thoughtful!
They are willing to take my money. But wont helo with install for a hard to reach light bulb. Customer service was decent by one person. But I was turned away for help right before closing time. Now i have to risk getting a ticket cause of lack of customer service. Auto zone ks way better, willing to help rather than leave you stranded.
My battery was dead and when my friend jumped it, he noticed that one clamp on the battery was loose, causing it to lose contact. I called O'Reilly's to see if they carried the part I needed. The answer was yes so I drove right over. Not only did they have the part but a very nice gentleman put it on for me. Great service, thanks Sergio.
