Went in for check engine light and the man who assisted me was very polite and helpful. He provided price quotes for parts needed from the reading. He was awesome!
DANGELO SAVED ME ALOT OF MONEY ON WIPER BLADES! Instead of spending a $156 on wiper blades are only spent about $60. He suggested the black friday deal.

O'Reilly Auto AJ nice auto parts store to go to they're very nice about finding your parts on the screen and looking at a matching them up they're very good with their prices they're very moderate the stores are always clean and you don't hear a lot of people arguing they have enough help enjoyed my shopping there
Their prices are competitive without a result I shopped at the one on Pleasant Run that a lady supervising there that I give a 5-star rating she was very helpful thanks to her I got the right ports if she work for me I would give her a raise we're at knowledge and courteous great job O'Reilly

Brought a battery up here to be charged.was told to leave it overnight when i returned in the morning it had not been charged and the person left responsible for charging it was a 80 yr old man who doesn't look okay to be working anywhere period.instead of being angry i figured they need new staff members so when i returned home with the uncharged battery i called them and asked if they where hiring.to my surprise the women said no.so i figured apply at a different location.when i went online to view witch ones where hiring it showed this location was.so i submitted a application, walked in wearing a suite (the same day i called and asked if they where hiring). She now said yes theyre hiring.place is a joke and i wouldnt trust them touching anything underneath your hood!
Despite not having my part in stock, the associate still mentioned a price match guarantee- and even located the part at a nearby store for me to pick up. This guy called the other store and really made a positive impact on an otherwise dreadful experience.
As we walked up to the door Dalton, turn off the Open sign and said it was 9: 01. Even though we told him we only needed light bulbs to drive a car home he told us we could not come in and the "world clock" says it is 9: 01. All the while another customer was at the counter! We had to drive 20 minutes away to get to an AutoZone.
My husband was traveling from Tennessee to Arizona when he had truck problems with an O'Reilly starter. When I called the manager and asked if they would possibly deliver a starter to his hotel so he could change it out they refused. 3 other stores that I called after this one, went out of their way to accommodate us. Very Dissapointed.
Thanks for the helps today. It is cold and icy and they had someone come out and check my engine code. I am now a fan of O'Reillys and will replace them over AutoZone who would not go outside to check my engine light. Thanks o'Reilly you have a new fan.
