This is the worst hub auto store place you could possibly go to the people are extremely unfriendly the line is very long they do not care who’s waiting first unless this is the only place that has your part go somewhere else
Ever, Kevin Jose and Jesus are a great help and all the other workers there are very helpful and knowledgeable grateful for their fast help and helping me find out out what parts i need for my cars and trucks.
This location helped me with my battery check. They let me know that my battery was completely out.
Online it says they close at 11pm but when I arrived 10: 25pm they were closed but you could see three employees just standing inside doing nothing. You need to update your hours online so people don’t waste their time driving over there when the website states you are open until 11pm but really YOU ARE NOT!
The The SHOPPING experiences WAS ok I ASKED The EMPLOYE. BEHIND THE parts COUNTER If I could use THEIR bathroom. And he told me it's against COMPANY policy To let PEOPLE use the bathroom. And told me THAT the busines next DOOR will let me use the bathroom. I fully understand the area is probly not the best.but when your customer needs to go potty. And the parts store down THE STREET.has no problem WITH PEOPLE using THE bathroom.
Sales guy was very rude and not helpful at all. I usually get great service but this young guy was terrible
VERY BAD PLACE TO GO IT'S A RACIST everything in their store is trash the parts are all remanufactured and they ask you to buy more to add with that part to get the warranty that is not the way to do business
The staff is all very helpful very knowledgeable. And I go above and beyond to make sure I can have what I need before I leave the store.
A lot of variety but found the pricing to be a little on the higher end. Did not help with installation either.
Wow this is my favorite part store got to love O'Reilly's always easy to find just what I'm looking for and Everyone is always there to help me and all of my needs thanks again
I rated it a 1 because the assistant manager is very rude I am filing a report to corporate on monday, the assistant managers name is hoesay
Edited-customer service is at an alltime low. I will not be using this location anymore. Customer of 7 years and I've watched that store go downhill due to incompetent employees. Claudette is about the only one there that does her job above and beyond. The rest of the company should take notes.
Been going here a long time. Consistently busy and they go through employees way too fast. It is a hub store so they always have what you need, just wish the counter guys were more knowledgeable and cared about their customers.
I shop at any and all O'Reilly's. I've been going to them for many years. All and tea shall receive or they'll help you find where to get it.
Nice normal store and the guys behind the desk helped me find a heatercore before I arrived and had it ready for me when I got there.
Would not honor displayed sale price. Does not get any more false advertising than that. Will definitely not be back to this location. Manager was rude, I think he did not like the fact that I pointed out that the price was clearly marked even though it rang up much higher.
Brandi was very professional with an excellence of spirit! Very nice and took time to answer all my questions with a smile. Very rare these days. I think she deserves a raise and a bonus at the very least!
