O'Reilly Auto Parts reviews
19Super helpful, got some parts for my integra here. Gave me the wrong part once, but made it easy to return.
They usually have the parts I'm looking for at a competitive price with other box stores. Customer service can be lacklustre at times.
Amanda, great customer service had a check engine light on, she was very patient and helpful had no clue on the lingo, but she simplfied were i can understand why.awesome customer service. 10 stars!
I used to go to AutoZone for all my but most of them failed after a very short time or even upon installation O'Reilly's has much better parts and have a price match guarantee
Went there 2 times they gave me the wrong parts so the.macanic had to call to get the right parts i was very disappointed with them today
I'm rebuilding a 1990 F250 most friendly staff I have ever dealt with they go above and beyond every single time to help me find what I am looking for and when it is not in store they have always got it there by the next day wonderful group of people over there unlike most part stores they actually know what they're talking about this O'Reilly's has a customer for life
Greeted with a smile! Employee who helped me is Brittany. She was very patient with my 4 kids & I. As i had to stop what i was doing for my kids at times. Very knowledgeable & helpful! Will definitely be coming back!
Very good customer service! Joseph was quite the gentleman! Tested all my parts, got me what I needed; life is good!
Never had a bad experience here. Free tool rental program has been a HUGE help. I always come here first.
I get my parts here now since auto zone employees get parts wrong, have defective parts, or someone gives you bad advice cause they know nothing about cars.
Great costumer service but only one employee was working great help with your car or truck if you need help or parts
Went to buy oil and they didn't have it told us to go to the new store off of kitty hawk to get it without calling ahead and sent us on a wild goose chase.
Got 5 quarts of O'Reilly brand 5w20 motor oil and oil filter for $19.99. Friendly staff and no wait.
This is the one I go to with all the other ones on Pat Booker this is the probably the easiest one and has the most stuff and the most helpful people
O'Reilly saved the day, when others could not. We had two stuck brake rotors that we could not budge. What I needed was a rotor puller. I tried Autozone, Advance and Harbor Freight - no-one had one. O'Reilly did - and it was on the loaner tool program. They saved me a bunch of time and money today - I will spend my money there in the future. Thanks O'Reilly!
It's okay, but with three other auto parts places within a couple of blocks it doesn't stand out as anything special.
Prices here are less for same exact items from Advanced Auto Parts ($1.00 on a $3.00 part). That adds up fast if you do your own work.
Generally O'Reilly is my first choice for auto parts. Most of the stores are clean & well stocked.
