I’ve purchased two lovely Persian rugs there and they easily exceeded my expectations! Timely delivery too.

I've purchased two large rugs (on two separate occasions this year) from Oriental Rug of Houston. Every part of the process was a pleasure. First of all, absolutely beautiful rugs! The detailed pictures provided were very helpful, but both my purchases looked even better in real life! We shopped live in three stores in NYC and then thought to look online for a 9x12 area rug that would have just the right colors and pattern and quality we sought. We found all that at Oriental Rug of Houston, at a very good price, and with great customer service. We love our new rug and think the service, quality and price can't be beat. They were even able to use a photo of our living room and photoshop in the potential new rug to help us decide to make the purchase, and we are thrilled!

Very disappointing experience! I bought my new rug through Amazon from this vendor and loved it at first. After a year the tufting started falling out in a perfect 2" diameter hole. When I looked at the backing there was hand stitching where there must have been some sort of repair or "plug". I have been trying for a year to get a response to my complaint, so I am now resorting to online reviews and a BBB complaint.
