I have been coming here for years. I came back to town after 7 months. Prices went up as to be expected. I went to pay & only had an extra 5 (didn't want to break my big bill) the lady stopped me & told me it was a 20% tip. No ma'am! I've tipped yall very well & almost 50% sometimes. It's my choice on what I tip. They also didn't like my service dog being there. Wanted to separate us. I was planning on going back everyday I was here, but definitely not after being told I had to tip 20%

I'm just going add in here since I'm reading all of these negative reviews. I have been coming here for years and I have only had one bad experience and it was the end of the day and I could tell she was exhausted, but for those of you claiming that the chair massage was too rough, it's an acupressure massage, not a regular massage, acupressure is not intended to be relaxing it's meant to be affective. With that being said, I know from experience that all you need ito do is ask them to be softer and they will, if you don't tell them how are they supposed to know? I love this place!

My friend and I went in today and we got the 20 min back and 20 min foot message and it was horrible both our backs hurt really bad from it it wasn't enjoyable or therapeutic at all and the guy that checked us out asked for a tip we gave them $10 but they honestly didn't deserve it I will not go back I honestly shouldn't have tipped ot paid them I wouldn't recommend at all

Don't use a card here. They will charge you twice then refuse to refund it and get the situation resolved. So that moment of relaxation just went out the window.

Not bad at all didn't experience and of the negative things that happened to the other people although it it more like a deep tissue massage then a sweedish massage

I wentYesterday because i thought one of my friends had been here.also my usual massage therapist had said she had been.my usual massage therapist was in a well deserved vacation.this was neither pleasurable nor very therapeutic.i orderd a hour hour and almost got up after a few minutes.i stayed because i thought it might help my back.it did only a very small amount of help.the person seemed totally unskilled in the area if massage or maybe it is a different style.as i sale, neither pleasurable nor very therapeutic! I will not go again.and then the guy milestone have asked 5 times if i wanted to leave a tip. I should have read the reviews. This person also did not like that I paid with a credit card, but it did not say cash only. This person was also very unhappy I did not tip, but a tip is for a very good service. This was not very good service

Today June 10th, 2020 we stopped by and decided to let my two guests, my girlfriend and her friend get a 30 minute massage.

One girl had full attention for 30 minutes and my girlfriend had a different experience. Her massage person left her 3 times during the 30 minutes.

When i came back to pay for the massages the man was insistent I pay in cash. I had the $60 in cash but because he was so persistent I decided not to and use my debit card.he was clearly not happy about that and this solidified my decision not to leave a tip. A tip is for exceptional service, especially in a massage parlor. Which I felt wasn't delivered.

When he came with the receipt and he was hovering over me expecting (I assume) that I would write in a tip.when I didn't and crossed through that line, marked the only $60 and signed he looked upset. He then bugged me persistently while putting his hand on the tip jar.almost like telling me I had to tip? I'm like I paid you for a service, why are you demanding a tip?

When I still refused he made me and my party feel very very uncomfortable and then said to me. "BAD! " Very clearly he wasn't happy but to show such immaturity in his reaction was dissapointing.let's consider the country is barely opening and businesses need every customer. I will never use them again, nor do I recommend this place of business because of the poor treatment received. Buyer beware!
