Happy with my bike and service thus far. The bike I originally ordered was a bit smaller than I had imagined, but by chance of fate it was out of commission. They called me and told me so. They also thought it was for a child, once I told them it was for me, an adult, they suggested I get something bigger. How nice of them:)

The Motorcycle was packaged very well and arrived intact. Between the updates on my account at their website, a few emails, and even a few phone calls, I think their communication was very good during the prep and shipping process. And I love the bike and the price I paid.

I purchased wheels for my bike. They only sent me one and then after calling the other wheel was no longer in stock. Still haven’t received my refund and is trying to make me pay shipping and a restocking fee for me trying to return one of the wheels back.
I bought the set, this place is a rip off!

I will no longer do business with them!

By the way, its not a project bike and i never said it didn’t fit! Stop lying!

The front wheel fits but i order two matching wheels and you only sent one and refuse to refund the other wheel!

Open Mon, Tuesday and Wednesday only.takes at least 2 weeks for shipping.but they have whatever you need. I'm patient, so 5 stars.

Shipping was slow, big scratches on the handle bars, no title came with the bike had to order one, the bolts to mount the mirrors are missing when I emailed them about them they asked me to send them a picture of the missing bolts what? Besides the problems I still love the bike, I just hope I'll get to ride it on the road some day.

Seem like nice people, but I would just order directly from manufacturers. Made my order May 25th. Had to notify the snarky live help on the website that I had sent in my info before that confirmed the order. One week later I get a text that my bike is just getting ready to be shipped which seems normal because I asked for it to be assembled prior to shipping. One week after that nothing has changed. Order still says it’s being assembled. I start asking questions on the website, text message and email. Nothing happens and I’m getting more and more suspicious. I finally acknowledge that I am considering a refund because I’m weirded out and completely in the dark. I get a call seconds later reassuring me that they will look into it. They call back and let me know that the shipping order was completed but never updated in the system. At this time it had been in shipping for 8 days. I call the shipping company and they tell me it’s been delivered and they called but no one answered. I ask what the number they called was because I never got a call. The last digit of my number was botched. I updated them and even double checked the address. It arrived today unassembled 12 business days later. I was told I opted out of the assembly when I ordered so why was I charged for it?

Picked up an Orion 110CC bike for my son in January of 2022. Bike has been a lot of fun and having a semi-auto 4 stroke that is a lot lighter than the others in its class is game changing for trails, etc. Jason, Tokken and Cody are great to work with. They have parts or can get parts quickly and can provide maintenance if needed. Quick to respond and great customer service in my backyard (DFW). I would buy from them again.

I was prolly a thorn in there side about my MCO first off they do t tell you if it comes with the bike or separate so I was supposed to guess they said they attached it by the handle bars but with all the packing material wrapped on the bike it got tossed out with the scrap. Had I would have known it was on the handle bars that would have Ben nice. I only had to pay 15 to order a new one. The bike says it comes assembled and tested well this bike would start and idle but good luck riding it so in tuned it would just bog on its face and die out. But I am a mechanic and vary experience with Chinese bikes so I tuned the carb with a jet kit I had in stock and I got the bike running decent. I’m not going to blame orian because I bought over 30 bikes and scooters online and they all come with tuning issues owning a Chinese bike scooter pitbike motorcycle you got to be a little handy with carb tuning buying new carbs and modding it out a little yourself because you need a perfect starting bike one kick or one crack of the starter should fire it up and it should idle easy and run no bogging. Anyways my bike came fully assembled other then the carb being way to lean it was alright

Ordered hawk 250 plastics & they came within a week delivered everything fit perfectly on my bike. Definitely satisfied & would order again.

The Orion RXB 250L is a great value. All the bikes come fully assembled unless you choose the unassembled option, one suggestion I have for Orion is that the fully assembled bikes come lubed and all critical fasteners have loctight applied before they ship. Even if this raises the cost of the bike. There are many customers that won't do it on their own and point the finger at Orion when something breaks.
Orion Power sports was a pleasure to work with, I would highly recommend them and their products to anyone looking for a bike.

I buy a dual sport bike with them and they tell me to wait 10 bussiness days for the shipment, i wait that 10 days they ask me for 8 more days for the shipment and they send the bike to pensylvania and i request the bike to send it to miami that is not serious THATS A FRAUD

Bike runs good. Front breaks didn't work. Pain to send things back to try and have it warranty covered. Bought new master cylinder off ebay.

Everything was good with the delivery, the problem is that is a pain in the rear to get ahold of Orion, you can not speak with a Rep they answer everything through email and sometime takes days to answer something. There is a lack of communication, I ordered my bike Red and they delivered a black one, I was never informed, this is also part of their lack of communication. Anyhow, the product is good the problem resides at ORION’s lack of support.

Giving them a 4 star review for now since the bike was processed and shipped quickly, but have not received the bike yet Had a bit of shipping snafu with the local carrier, but that's out of Orion's hands. Will adjust my rating once the bike arrives and I can validate its condition and I see how long this issue takes to resolve. Hoping that is straightened out and hoping to have the bike next week. Did get a call from Jason to explain the issue after reaching out via email. He was great on the phone so not sure where some of the bad experiences have came from. Everyone's experience is different, but so far no complaints from me on their Customer service.

The motorcycle is ok. But if you have to deal with Orion Powersports you will have a hard time getting anything in the way of service or help with a part. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else.

Ordered an Orion 110 for my son. I had them assemble and grease it up. Showed up perfect. I told them I really wanted green they sent blue so I had to go back and order green stickers. Wish they would’ve just sent green stickers. The bike shipped freight no damage and started right up once I hooked up the fuel line. It is fast! Even with me on it (I am big) but you can restrict the throttle. Ordered the title, be aware the Orion title does not say Orion but everything matches up. Great little bike probably could’ve gone with a smaller one but my boy will get a hang of it and grow into it and ride it for years to come.

I will more than likely be ordering my own Orion 250 to match my sons 110. Hopefully I won’t have to order another set of stickers again when I order mine.

Update: 49, took 49 kicks to kick start this 110 today. Seems to be an average of at least 40 to get it started each time. Hopefully when the weather gets better and it is used more often it will get easier. Current temp outside is 41F.
