We needed to clean leftover rat droppings out of our attic. The year before they had came out to check due to termites swarming. This year we called and they came out with a new quote for this single service. They came the next day around 9AM and by 2: 45 they were cleaning up. They did an amazing job. They cleaned out all old insulation, treated with a sealant, sprayed in all new insulation and cleaned up after what tiny mess it made. (Dust)

Terrible constantly over charging never have traps and sticky pads available don't feel they really do a great job for what there charging there customers and disliking my service in the last couple years

The exterminator that came out with Orkin was very thorough, on-time and friendly. Highly recommend Orkin for any of your pest control/extermination needs.

I had them come out the first time spray in and around the house. After that I told them the day before they wanted to come the second time I was done using them but they said it had to be cancelled 30 days in advance so I said okay that’s fine but here my cancellation so this (the second time) would be the last time. December 5th we get a email saying they were at my house today for 25 min and it was $94. No text saying they were coming or anything like before. They don’t seem to get we want it canceled and they keep showing up and charging our bank account for it. Highly aggravated!

The orkin tech and showed was very professional but I was a bit disappointed that the rodent concern was not more addressed, other then spraying outside the perimeter and setting two traps and three sticking pads in the attic nothing more was done. I figured more baits and traps would be set in different areas of attic.as the rodents are active.

The technician must have been at a very muddy place prior to ours. He did wipes feet on the outside Mat, but there was mud left on a rug in my bathroom that cannot be washed in any. I had to get down and scrub that with some carpet cleaner. And a brush upon his departure.

We have had the same wonderful gentleman from Orkin come out for the last 6 months and my God is he amazing. Super friendly, super nice, very professional, fast, and goes above and beyond every time! If Anderson W.ever decides to turn in his two week notice orkin do not let him go give him a raise u till his pockets are so heavy that he can’t leave. He is amazing on every level! 10/10 Anderson.
