15I already have a car but I was in the market for a new car. No, my credit isn’t the greatest but I didn’t even receive a courtesy call saying that I was approved or denied. So I’ll take it as denied. However, I bet they would have been all over my line had I been approved. I feel like I dodged a bullet and this doesn’t seem like the type of dealership one should do service with. Also.don’t attempt calling now because of my bad review. Message received.
Highly recommend this dealership they went above and beyond and were excellent to deal with from the start to the finish.

After several months we finally got an 8 am appointment for today to have the recalled airbag replaced. We dropped off the truck at 8am and were told it would take 2-3 hours. Since we live 20 miles out of town we spend the time getting breakfast and shopping.
We went back at 11am to check on the progress, hoping it would save us another trip to town. The Service department hadn’t even touched the truck. When my husband mentioned that our appt.was at at 8 am the response was “ That only gets you in line”. Then why tell us it would be ready in 2-3 hours?
Needless to say we are very disappointed not only in the service, but also the attitude of the person with whom my husband spoke.
We have made so many vehicle purchases, and Kaylee Rowe gave us our best experience out of them all. She knew what she was talking about but yet was not too pushy. The whole team from sales, to management to service was excellent. We will definitely be back!
This was one of the best service calls I had with Orr. The communication was excellent. Use of text messages and phone calls kept me apprised of the status on a daily basis. We really appreciate the improvements in the communication process. This time the technicians were able to duplicate and repair the display issues. There was no reoccurrence of the problem on a trip made earlier this week. Thank you to Ty and Jeff.
Just bought a new GMC with CHRIS SUMRALL and want to give all the kudos. Most honest and patient salesman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. No veiled promises or false hopes even with a GM UAW strike. He kept us informed through the process and never rushed us even after papers signed. But made sure we were connected and comfortable with all the new technology and onboarding of the vehicle systems.
11/10 highly recommend Chris and his team at Orr.
Everything was great! Randall (Sales) made it quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help. They weren’t pushy at all. This is my first GMC, but will hopefully be buying many more from Orr!
Ask for Chantelle, she listened to me, took care of everything I asked for and added a multipoint inspection for peace of mind. This is my service location now.
We went in just to look at a new Acadia. After we met Dwight, we bought one! His personality and service were great!
Our experience started with the service department working on our Tahoe. After issues diagnosing what was wrong with the vehicle and frustration with the recurring issue we ended up working with our salesman Nick Hughes and he made it happen for us to get into a new vehicle. He came alongside us and listened and offered options to help us find the right vehicle. We are extremely pleased with our experience and purchase of a new vehicle. Nick has taken care of our family through multiple vehicles over the years and we look forward to our continued business in years to come.
