Orr Honda, Texarkana TX

They got black oil stain on interior of my car during an oil change, and one week later the engine shield plate on the bottom of my car falls off while driving down the interstate because they didn’t put it back on well enough. I bought this car new from them in February 2020, and this is what they’ve done to it.

Friendly and professional staff! I went in to services with my AC not working, and Bobby Velez was very helpful and worked with me and my insurance company to help me get it repaired and covered.

Please see Bobby in the Service Department for all your maintenance and repair needs. He has taken care of us and our daily driver since day 1. I will not take our Honda anywhere else. Thank you Bobby!

I went in to have crank sensor replaced.they claimed youd have to take off timing belt and water pump.this is plain and simply a ripoff.you do not have to remove timing belt.by thier account its over $1200 to replace.its a scam.major rippoff atrists

Didn't buy a car but salesman was very helpful even followed up with a phone call later in the week to say thanks for stopping by. Thought that was a good touch and will consider them when ready to buy next car.

I had a very nice salesmanand everyone else in the office was very nice. However, the process in which the sale happens is definitely not right. We made it very clear what our very max payment could be, and I asked several times about warranty. After we were given a payment $5 over our max payment, we were sent to the finance office where we were then offered the warranty. At that point, after asking several times, we ended up with our payment being $35 OVER our max payment. That I was not happy about!
The sales team was nice though.
