The wait time was long but the doctor and assistants were very kind and knowledgeable. They also are very quick to send your info back to the main doctor which is nice as well.

Friendly, professional, courteous! Dr. Zaman (back) and Dr. Gross (knee) are FANTASTIC! Use this practice!

This clinic is so professional and caring about their patients. My doctor is Dr. Britt he is an excellent doctor. He performed surgery to removed my bunion. Now my foot is straight and no more pain or flare ups. I’m so happy I had this surgery done.

My wait time was brief - even the X-rays! The doctor answered all of my questions, explained my treatment, and I left feeling very encouraged. My local PT office called the next morning to schedule my physical therapy. I’m a very satisfied patient!

Great staff, once you walk in, The front desk is very attentive, the PA, the doctors, physical therapy outstanding.

Dr Burnay and his team were great a year ago for the actual knee replacement but trying to get his office to coordinate with my PCP has been a nightmare. They only notified me the morning of my appointment that my referral had expired. There was no way I could get one by the time I found out. Then they charged me for the visit when it is their fault that it needed to be rescheduled. Now it has taken a month to get them to send paperwork to my PCP for the referral. When you phone their main number and follow the prompt, in less than a minute you are sent to the voice mail. Then they leave you a message and it goes on and on. The person answering your message does seem to not really listen to what you said as the follow up call is off the topic sometimes. I am really disappointed in the office staff. Maybe they only talk to new patients who will bring in more money?

I met Dr. Bruno Gross MD at a Chamber of Commerce meeting in Rockwall. He gave an excellent presentation of replacement surgery and what to expect. Pro's and Cons and what we can do to forestall the need for surgery as long as possible.
Very informative and he is a gifted speaker and took plenty of questions from our extra large group in attendance.

The best place in the world, as soon you walk in you get greeted with a sincere smile all the staff (front desk and back) are very nice and make me feel comfortable because when I asked questions they patiently answered,
God bless Doctor Patel because since they one he make sure I was ok before the surgery and after the surgery, the recovery was painless and when I started my Physical therapy the care continued the physical therapist Brittney maze is super attentive and also always making sure I’m ok

I absolutely love Dr Zavala and his staff! I have been seeing them since 2018 and they will always be my go to!

They don’t even deserve one star. Staff was so unprofessional. Some were checking their cell phones while others seemed absolutely clueless. I arrived at my appointment on time, registered and sat down in the waiting room. After a few minutes, one of the receptionists told me that earlier that morning they had realized that they are out of network so the visit would cost me $300. Nobody had even tried to notify me and I drove over half an hour to be there. Incompetent is the least I can say. If they are the face of this practice, run away from them!

Love the staff so nice and not a long time to wait. Been going here for different issues and alway very kind and caring.

First let me say that Orthopaedic Specialists of Dallas - Rockwall has a wonderful staff of doctors, nurses and office help. Everyone being cheerful and helpful.

My wife has been suffering with knee problems for a number of years but was apprehensive about any surgery. We saw an article that said that Dr. Gross practiced knee replacement using a robot which intrigued us having seen the ease of recovery of friends having had different surgeries using the new technology. She made an appointment with him and after discussions we felt that the knee replacement by him would make recovery somewhat easier. The surgery was accomplished on February 6. Expecting a great deal of pain during recovery she actually found the pain minimal and after one week of PT she gave up her walker and used a cane which she put aside and now is walking cautiously. I am convinced that the use of the robot and the skill of the doctor contributed to the relative ease of the recovery process.

Dr. Gross personally was very easy to talk to, provided information on the robot that helped us make the decision and kept us apprised during the surgery.

I (we) can recommend Dr. Gross and the new robotic procedure and if my wife needs the other knee replaced, I'm sure she would chose Dr. Gross as the surgeon.
