Most skilled in the Dallas area, truly! I have new goals for my body with Karen. I’m not sure what i would do without her! From herniated discs and physical therapy, I’m glad i added her to my health regimen! Blessed!

Orthopedic Massage Therapy center is one of the best messages parlors I ever be In. Karen is very knowledgeable and very detailed oriented and always asking how the massage is going.which is a good thing for the person who is receiving the massage and she gives out advice on how prevent any tightness in the body. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, professional athletes or just regular people. Fives star ️’s all around.

I am so happy that I found Karen. Like another review said, “if you’ve found Karen then you are lucky! ” I have always dealt with pinched nerves in my upper back/neck, which has been the cause of my migraines, and truly feel like I have found the only person who has helped me. I came in with very irritated muscles and after one session I walked out feeling so much better! Truly, Karen’s expert skills in massage therapy is the only thing that has helped during my recovery. We talked through my history and then she explained her detailed plan to target my concerns and, WOW! Her massages are incredible detailed! After my session I could tell that my posture and my range of motion had improved. Since then, my headaches have decreased greatly and I truly feel more relaxed and capable of moving normally. I can’t say enough about how she has improved my life and lessened my chronic pain.

Karen is such a great massage therapist! She is personable and knowledgeable of various muscle injuries. She has helped me in managing multiple orthopedic injuries and muscle overuse from my shoulders, hips, quad, calves, plantar fascia, and achilles so I can continue to be active. If you found Karen, then you are lucky! I never write reviews but I want the whole world to know about Karen. I have been seeing Karen over 8 months now. Due to working from home/my bad posture caused major upper back, shoulders and neck pain. My muscles and nerves were very irritated. After a year of physical therapy, Karen’s skilled massage is the only thing that brought me to recovery. You have to be dedicated and consistent on how often you get massages especially when trying to heal from an injury. In the beginning, I was going ever other week then once I recovered, changed to once a month for maintenance. She knows the human anatomy very well and she tailor every massage to you. I have referred her to many people and all have come back with the same experience. I am now able to function well and do the basic activities that I was limited due to my injury. I thought I was always going to be in chronic pain for the rest of my life until I met Karen! I have a pinched nerve in my shoulder/neck area, sciatica, and chronic migraines. I have been in almost constant pain for over ten years. I went to PT, neurologists, chiropractors and massage therapy…. And nothing helped. I thought I would try Orthopedic Massage Therapy because I was willing to do anything to stop hurting. Karen is outstanding at what she does. On my first visit we discussed my issues and she explained her targeted plan for helping me…and she did! After one visit I got a higher range of motion in my shoulder than I have had for six years. I could finally sleep on that side again without being in pain. And that was after one visit. Since then my cluster headaches have been reduced and my posture has improved. Karen is so skilled, knowledgeable and kind. I just can’t say enough about how she has improved my life. I finally believe I don’t have to live with chronic pain anymore.

This was a memorable massage experience. My knotted neck & shoulders feel soft now. Karen applies deep pressure juuuuust right. I’ll be back again soon!

L3-5 issues, piriformis. 2 rhizotomies, too many to count injections. Dr said needed to discuss surgery. Out of desperation decided to try orthopedic massage and I still can’t believe it’s helped so much. No surgery for me. Karen’s so good and knowledgeable.

I've been seeing Karen for years and she never disappoints! I first went to her after injuring my neck, and kept coming back because she takes such good care of me! My range of motion and pain is improved greatly, and she is so sweet and relaxing that I can't help but fall asleep every time!

Karen is excellent! I went in with bad sciatica. She was able to pinpoint my problem which actually came from a muscle in my butt. I was impressed with how knowledgeable she was about body anatomy. Not only did the massage feel amazing, she gave me relief from my pain! She also did cupping on me, which I have never had done, and that seemed to really help me. Upon leaving she gave me some tips on stretches and sleeping positions to continue to help my healing. Highly recommend if you are looking for a massage therapist to help with pain.
