2 After taking up running in college over 15 years ago, I went from 310lbs to 240. In the process, I wrecked the lowest disc in my spine. Degenerative Disc Disease (DDD) is what they said it was. "Sorry, you can no longer run, ride horses, bicycles, motorcycles, lift weights, etc. " is what I was told. Being in my 20s I ignored the pain and did my best to live an active life.
Eventually, the age, pain, and weight that I lost caught up with me and I wound up living a very non-active life - getting heavier, more depressed, and affecting others in my life with my p*ss-poor demeanor. So, my wife and mother-in-law found Dr. Ahmed and dragged me to go to him.
After various treatments and some patience, Dr. Ahmed did what seemed impossible for more than a decade: he got rid of the pain.
For a month and a half now, I've felt like I did when I was in college. Exercising almost feels like child's play (down 10lbs and counting!) More importantly, I can hold my baby daughter for a long, long time now with no pain.
. So, yeah, I'd recommend Dr. Ahmed to anyone suffering with back pain.
Dr. Ahmed did a 3 level fusion on my neck. Best doctor ever. His staff are great people. Very helpful and nice. Great job Dr. Ahmed!
