I have worked with Ottsome twice over the past 5 years and they are amazing! My timeline for selling and buying this time around was incredibly tight and Valerie made herself constantly accessible and took on so much of the work! The Ottsome Team is truly Awesome, but really the name says it all! We worked closely with Valerie and Jason in both buying and selling our first home. This team is like no other. They truly dig in to find out what is most important to you in either a new home or selling your home. They make you feel like family throughout the entire process as they intentionally try to connect with you. Even after you have bought or sold a home with them they are always inviting clients to awesome events, contests, etc that they host to continue to build relationship. This is the only team we will ever use as they are extremely knowledgeable of the business and will guide and support you every step of the way, even long after the transaction, they are there for you.

Jeromy helped us buy a home while we were living in another city, and he was amazing. It was a stressful process at times, but he helped to make it seamless. He helped us every step of the way! Jeromy helped me buy my house in Dallas area this month. He is extremely resourceful, punctual and knows what he is doing. He begins the engagement with a meeting that involves understanding what you want and finding out in what ways he can help you with it. He references various reports and statistics to help build a strategy for you. He is a good negotiator and keeps it real with you and with the seller. After the offer is accepted, he keeps a close tab on each and every step involved in the process and follow up to push every party involved to get things done on time. We went back and negotiated further based on the inspection report. His wide connection of local contractors, that can come give you free quotes, helped me make an informed decision. He took up the fight, for me, with the lenders when I ran into an issue. I may have given up on the house if not for Jeromy. It was a very stressful experience and having someone experienced like Jeromy on my side gave me a lot of confidence. I will strongly recommend Jeromy to anyone I know for their house hunt, and he truly works for best interest!

Hands down the best team to buy and sell a home with. They are truly there for you day and night. They absolutely make you feel like you are their only client. They answered my phone calls, emails text - day or night. I put my full trust in their opinions/advise. While we are probably done buying/selling. IF EVER that day comes again.
