Our Lady of Guadalupe Mission reviews
12If you want a very short mass.go here.everyone wants to see the game inclusive of Father Roy.sermons are down to earth.we need not make God so complicated. God is with us all the time.even at games
It is here at OLG that I have spiritual encounters during mass or any time I visit the church. I love to come here and talk to Jesus, Mary, and God and listen to them as they guide my thoughts and my heart.
I also enjoy Father Roy's homilies and the songs he picks to complement the gospel readings.
I go to pray for the sick, family, friends and everyone else. Amen. Love our church. I. Vela
The atmosphere as you enter the church is so Spirit-filled. Father Roy does an excellent job making everyone feel welcome. His love for Christ is felt throughout the congregation with his enthusiastic way of presenting the word of God. The mariachi music and the special songs that father Roy chooses after the gospel just ties everything together and makes you feel spiritually fulfilled.
Our favorite catholic church. We love attending the 12: 30 mass and participating in Father Roy's sermon.
Beautiful sermons still true to the word. Makes you want to come back again and keep learning about the faith.
Such a beautiful Church! I love the atmosphere and the priest is amazing totally recommended to anyone for a refreshing experience!
Restores your faith in seeing so many young families attending. Uplifting and Fr. Roy rel as tes the gospel to our every day lives
A beautiful church that makes you feel welcome the moment you walk in. Father Roy is a joy.
I love coming to OLG! Great sermon by Father Roy that always ties to a Country song. Come as you are - you are welcome and blessed!
Our Lady of Guadalupe is a great church. Father Roy and his dogs always make you feel great, his sermons make you laugh, cry and just make you feel like your getting something really good and he won't put you to sleep either, that's what I've gotten at other churches I've attended before. To hear an old cowboy soul tell Mass is amazing and at times, funny. Father Roy gives you his message and you get it, you don't walk out wondering if you learned anything at church, not here. P. S. I live in Mcallen and I'm about 30 minutes from La Guadalupe, but 2 minutes away from Holy Spirit, that should tell you something about being humble and forgiving.
