Great people! Very helpful, and friendly. They Treat everyone the same no matter how big or small thier project is. Highly recommend.

My father called them 6 weeks ago to make an appointment to get his hot tub looked at and they said they would call him when they were going to come look at it and never got a call back, he even tried again 2 weeks ago and still nothing. If I could give a zero rating I would but that would just be a waste like those two phone calls.

This place is helpful and conveniently close. As a new pool owner, they seem to give good advice also. The only thing I really don't like is that they regularly slam my pool builder. Please don't worry about who built my pool. Let's just maintain it the way it should be maintained.

Just had our new Nordic hot tub delivered today, Harmon electric installed 220v outlet around the same. It all happened seamlessly! We are already enjoying it! The ongoing sale is great. Donna is very honest and helpful. A great purchase from the nicest people.

OMG they were amazing ordered our pool cover and the guys came out as soon as it arrived to install, looks amazing and well worth the extra money to ensure the safety of our toddler. Rest assured Paul and his guys are awesome. Thanks outback pool and spa

One thing I can always appreciate is walking into a business and feeling like I am special to them. And I always feel this way at Outback Pools. From a simple water test or purchasing chemicals to new hot tub. This is a place I will do business with for years and refer everyone I know. Special thanks to Jimmy who is always patient with my ignorance.

If i could give this place 0 stars I would. Went in to have my water tested only to be berated, belittled and called a moron by the owner. Never in my life will I take my business bacl there.

After almost three months of losing battles trying to get my pool perfect I decided to switch pool provider to Outback Pools.
Although they are slightly more expensive than the franchise competitor in town, the level of experience and knowledge is by far greater. Besides, you spend a little more once rather than ending up spending a fortune with no results!
Definitely the pool guys you want to trust if you are passionate about self maintaining your own pool. Will not go back to the other store again!

There’s a gray haired man who works at the Outback in Wichita Falls Tx, or he may own the store, that is very knowledge but he is also very demeaning and rude. I was trying to buy a heater for my spa and he was more interested in selling me a service visit than trying to help me. He try to sale me this service call by proving that I had no idea of what I was talking about and he was talking down to me to make that point. I finally ended the conversation by saying I was done. As I walked out he said something in Spanish in a very condescending tone. Apparently they have enough business because he chased my business away.
