Outback Steakhouse, Lufkin TX

Employees are always great and friendly but the cooks can never get a steak cooked properly and always sends wrong stuff out.

As before, both times I been to outback. I had a good experience. The first time when it was slow and the second time while it was busy. Neither affected the experience I had and the amazing food. If you like steak. This is the place to go.

This place was great. Had a bit of a rocky start but after that little bit everything was great. I need that seasoning that was used on the chicken it's good. I also need steak seasoning too.

A must try! Fantastic service, incredibly friendly, happy staff. We went for a birthday dinner. So fun! If you're at the Outback Steakhouse in Lufkin you will be incredibly pleased if you ask Lauren to be your server. She is phenomenal! A holiday must try that was absolutely terrific is the gingerbread cookie martini. The cinnamon smoked pecan old fashion is delightful too. The food was hot, fresh and so delicious. Blooming onion yes outstanding, steak cheese dip yummy, cheesy fries yes please, blooming fried chicken, sweet potato, loaded mashed potatoes, mac n cheese, of course the steaks omgosh y'all will be happily pleased and glad you went! Definitely going again. If I just had to have a complaint it would be only be that the women's bathroom had an awful odor of like steamed broccoli and b.o. And 2 of the 3 stalls were out of order. It was nice and clean though with plenty of toilet paper and soap lol

My niece took me to Outback Steakhouse In Lufkin Friday (11/12/21) for lunch. It was the first time I ever ate at any Outback. I was so impressed at the Food and Service. Our waitress was Danielle. What a Great time we had. Danielle was such a Great server, so sweet and professional. We both had the Sirloin and Coconut Shrimp. It was Great! It was such a blessing to get such great service for a change. I called for the Manager, (Madison) and told her of our pleasure. She has done such a great job with her staff. If you ever go to this Outback in Lufkin, I highly recommend you ask for Danielle for your waitress, you will not be disappointed! Great job! God Bless you all!

The sirloin strip was fabulous and coconut shrimp was perfection. But the best thing about being in Outback was the prompt and warm service. Service with a smile is becoming extinct.

Need more vegetables, corn, green beans, there not even on the menu. I couldn't believe most of sides were different ways making of potatoes

Had a company lunch here. The place was very clean and employees were polite and attentive! Food was very good and well prepared! I didn't have to season nothing! I had the salmon plate with garden veggies and mashed potatoes! It was very delicious! I had a great first time experience! Definitely will return! Thanks

Alrighty yall lets get this out of the way. The services are AMAZING! Nice waiters and good food. I got out of work very sweaty. Kinda shy but they never brought it up. People working there were very nice. Had amazing food and would recommend everyone trying out this place:)

Quality steak cooked to perfection. The garlic butter clashed with the other seasonings. Will do one or the other next time. Great service and drinks at a fair price.

Food is consistently good. Staff is friendly. Would be 5 stars but it's just so expensive (probably average for a steakhouse though). We come here on special occasions. There's a bar with TV, tables, or booths. You have to park at the sides of the restaurant & walk around to the front. Our favorite is the grilled chicken with ribs (we share it).

We love the seared tuna and think it is the best we've ever had. The building was clean, we were greeted at the door and when we left. The only complaint is the Bartender needed to be trained on how to make drinkings. I ordered a martini with blue cheese olives. She was sweet and prepared them in the kitchen. My drink was served with the olives in the bottom of the glass, cheese floating and ice chunks. Please help the sweet bartender with the training she needs.

Got our food to-go. Order was correct, everything was packaged separately & everything tasted great. Definitely will be back

Enjoyed our first sit down meal in awhile at a "fancy"restaurant. It has been many years since we've been to Outback and had to have the blooming onion. Employees were courteous and prompt but we felt they must of just got hired, a little nervous. Enjoyed it and tipped accordingly. If you're in Lufkin area, give 'em a try.

I had a small issue but without any hastings the manger made sure I was a happy customer when I left and without a doubt I will return.
