Outback Steakhouse reviews
15It was our anniversary, we go every year. Food was good and Luke was very friendly and attentive
I hadn’t been to Outback in a while and this experience will keep me away forever. The first issue was hair in the bread. It was not a little hair either. It was super long cooked into the bread. Next my daughter found a small hair in her salad. Hair nets anyone? I kept thinking ok the steak has to be delish, but my daughter was given the wrong steak and my ribeye had a giant vein so it was chewy and stringy. Also it was dry so I’m pretty sure it was old. On top of the food issues the server was whispering the whole time so I couldn’t understand anything she said. Plus there was a lot of young children here screaming our entire meal. I don’t blame outback for that but it made the experience unenjoyable. If you want steak, Texas Roadhouse is right next store and their steaks are much much better.
Prices are a bit steep but good food 2 people two meals and an appetizer and 2 tes for me wife had soda and water 75 plus tip spent about 92 with tip included. I think that's a bit high.
OUTBACK steakhouse an excellent choice for great food & service! Be sure 2 ask for Tabatha's section- you will be treated like royalty! Well done Outback
Sorry, but not a big fan of outback. Took the wife there for anniversary. To me just so so!
My favorite carnivore go-to at Outback Steakhouse is two 15 ounce boneless ribeyes, rare with zero oils or seasonings, with one order of the AMAZING seared peppered ahi tuna appetizer without the salad and sauce.
Ask for Betty she is AMAZING. She gave us a great recommendation for appetizers! The food was delicious.
Great food. I totally recommend their cheese fries. If you don't want the full appetizer, you can also add cheese to your side of fries with your meal. (We already started eating some of the fries in the pic lol)
Betty (Bet-El) was a awesome wait staff who assisted us. Very friendly and helpful in our menu selection.
We ordered and 10 minutes later they come out and said out of prime rib and ribeyes so we reordered and they brought the prime rib and the reorder.
1 of the worse incompetent locations I’ve ever been to. I’ve come here and the level of service is awful. I usually spend a good 80$ close to 95$ each visit because I try and enjoy it. The food was dry the portions were small and the lights cut off mid meal. Just overall awful and ghetto. Never again.
Too much food! None of us could finish the plates ordered. Parking is tight. Restrooms are clean. Servers seem pleasant but preoccupied for so few people dining. My only complaint, or observation, was that the tipping options started at a presumptuous 18%. Otherwise, I would recommend!
I just returned from this Outback. This Outback is the worst Outback in the entire world. The first time I went to this Outback was about a year ago. Service and food were the worst I have ever eaten. My food order took 55 minutes to arrive on my table. My steak was so burnt, it was like charcoal. I gave this restaurant another try back in January of 2023. I placed an order for pick up when they open at 11: 00 am. When I arrived at 11: 00 am, I had to wait another 20 minutes. Then I went inside and the manager said that they don't start serving until noon. I explained to him that their website stated that 11: 00 am was when the store open. I demanded for a full refund immediately and had to return to work on an empty stomach.
Today, while my wife and I were dining. The manager I believe his name was Jason or Kason.he was very friendly with Caucasian patrons. The Caucasian diners sitting behind me were offered free baked potatoes and sweet tea in a to go cup. He also, checked on every Caucasian diner in the bar area, where we sat. However, my wife and I are Asian, and another African American couple sitting two booth down from us were never even greeted by the manager. My Sweet tea cup was empty for over 10 minutes, and he walked past me at least 5 times within the 10 minutes and never even looked at me. I felt being discriminate against at this establishment. This manager should be fired immediately. The attention he gives to Caucasian patrons compared to other nationality will lead someone to file a lawsuit against Outback establishment. I was extremely disappointed.
If I see him there again next time I visit, I will be expressing to him my feelings in a harsh manner.
Will was our waiter this evening. He was AWESOME! He checked back regularly, let us know the status of our food, and was very nice and attentive! He clearly enjoys his job!
We came in from Houston just for a little weekend getaway. We started off with our drinks and appetizer. Both items came, blooming onion still had uncooked batter in the middle. Now it's time to order our dinner. My fiance ordered his food and the waitress was kind enough to ask if she needed to bring two plates? ! I'm assuming she thought people of color split entrees. The blooming onion was already there with two plates (before anyone assumes it was for the appetizer). We were sitting in between two families, that were NOT asked if they needed two plates. Needless to say we got to go boxes and left. For future references don't ask people of color if they want to spilt their food, let them suggest it.
