Friendly + Fast service! Same day completion. We were able to have 3 items designed and embroidered while we waited. The women helping us was kind and knowledgeable; the shop was tidy and clean. We were happy to find a place locally to meet embroidery needs. We will come again.

Quality work but if you are allergic to dogs or don’t like dogs aggressively barking and annoyingly jumping and sniffing at you, I wouldn’t recommend this place, they are running rampant around in there, causing the place to smell like dogs as well. I could hardly open the door without feeling like I was going to let them out, they were all pushing at me as soon as I stepped in.
Also for some reason the woman who embroidered my coat wasn’t wearing any shoes or socks.
Yes my item was completed in a very timely manner but I just don’t find it professional or clean to have jumping, barking dogs and bare feet. If this stuff doesn’t bother you then this is a good place to go.

Was able to get my jacket completed in a very timely manner & it looks great. To top it off she is just a joy to chat with.
