Outpost at Waco Apartments

First, I want to say that Sierra was incredibly helpful from the first time I talked to her on the phone and when my daughter did a tour. She didn’t mind me calling different days asking questions. She was friendly, respectful and informative! There was bad weather in Waco recently and it impacted some communication about rent when we applied. When I gave the time line to Abby they were able to honor what we had originally been told when we applied. We signed the lease right away because not only did it “feel like home” to my freshman daughter when she toured The Outpost for next year but they showed great integrity when I talked with them about the original application discussion. I looked at other apartments but this one just seemed like the right price for a whole lot of amenities and great staff. As a parent that is far away from my college student I feel great peace knowing this will be her home next year, that is priceless. I would recommend The Outpost apartments to anyone.

I am looking for an apartment for the upcoming future and went on a tour here. I communicated with Abby and she was so helpful and answered all of the questions I had. She also was knowledgable about the current apartment prices, availability and specials!

Office hours are inconsistent.maintenance can be slow to respond to requests.apartment is grimy and unkempt, especially the deck area.most of the staff are great, helpful, & friendly.parking is a mess.there's better options

I had called the office to get pricing on the apartments. I spoke with Sierra, and she was really helpful through the whole process. She was also knows a lot about other apartments in the area since the prices were a bit high for my liking, and went above and beyond to be of assistance.

I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Abby Mills! She was very professional and friendly at the same time. I will definitely recommend The Outpost and Abby to anyone!

Spent about a year here awhile back, had a terrible time with figuring out the office hours. Sometimes they were in and could help me and sometimes they’d be gone for hours and I’d be left clueless for a return time. When I could find someone, whether I got help was another issue. I did have an excellent time with one lady who worked there, believe her name to be Sierra, always went above and beyond, real friendly, I knew my issue would be resolved when I spoke with her. If she’s still there, make sure to talk to her, most reliable person there. Only reason I’m giving it a three.

I recently visited the Outpost to see about leasing an apartment next year. I talked to a worker named Sierra and she was super nice and helpful, hopefully I can live there next year!

After a strenuous search for a nice apartment for a great charge, I was finally guided to the outpost. Sierra T.gave me a tour with wonderful and helpful insight on what living here would be like. She was very accommodating and understanding to my financial situation and made it very easy to sign a lease.

Brittney and sierra in the office were amazing help when I went to lease here. They answered every question I had perfectly and they are very nice.they are one of the reasons I decided to live at the outpost.

I was looking for a place to live next year, so I called the Outpost for information about leasing, room layouts, and roommates. The girl who answered the phone, I believe her name was Sierra, was extremely sweet and provided ample detail to all of my questions. She even offered to email me some visuals of what the layout of the rooms looked like! Additionally, Sierra explained the comparison between the Outpost and other apartments in the area which was incredibly helpful since I have lived on campus my whole time at Baylor and don't know a thing about off-campus housing. Unfortunately, the Outpost is simply outside of my budget (hence the 4 stars instead of 5). Sierra was super understanding and while I can't afford to live there, I commend their customer service!

My bear loves living here! The Outpost has been fantastic about everything. Move in a few months ago went smoothly, the apartment is fantastic and fully furnished, and the front desk has taken care or any and all of her needs. Special shout out to Sierra who works the desk-when my daughter had a maintenance issue she was beyond helpful and went the extra mile to make sure she was taken care of, which is so comforting to know as a mother who lives an 8 hour flight away. This apartment is perfect for Baylor students and will make sure you are taken care of. We already signed our lease for next year! Thank you Outpost!
