Overhead Door, Odessa TX

Had a garage door bottom seal in need of replacement. I went and got a "universal" kit, did not work. After searching for the right one, I called Overhead Door, they came and made the door right with a new seal. Great service and the workers were polite, quick and stood behind their work. A shout out to Mark and Robert for taking the extra time to make the job successful.

Highly recommend! Quick response time, fair pricing, and knowledgeable staff. I'll use Overhead Door from now.

Overhead door has been excellent. The guys that came and replaced everything were great and knew their stuff. Always showed up when they stated that they would.

Brandon and Dan JR.are amazing and extremely professional. I know when they show up the job will get done quickly, safely and correctly. Both are so polite and knowledgeable.

Would give ZERO stars if i would. Ordered 2 brown regular brown doors. My doors i already paid FULL price for in advance didnt arrive for 4 months, was told it was my fault for not being home. When i gave them permission to enter my garage and everything and still BLAMED it on me.and had my old garage doors left in my yard after they were replaced! The track was crooked, photo eyes were cracked. The operator fell from angle iron and almost damaged my car. Would like to get an email and number for corporate.

I wouldn’t give any stars if that was a possibility, but unfortunately that isn’t an option. Terrible, terrible customer service. My husband called to try to schedule a service call and Eddie was very rude and suggested we get someone else, to come help us. We did get somebody else and we are very happy we did not give our money to somebody who doesn’t deserve to be in business!

The only reason I didn’t shop around is bc my mother had been using them for years to fix her old garage door and vouched for them so with that I had a new door and motor package installed for her 3 weeks ago. It was a reasonable price for the material and labor. The guys were nice and got the work done in a timely manner. The guide rails didn't and still don’t look right to me but the door works correctly. So far so good but I do have a warranty with said package so if anything goes wrong at least we can always have them come back out to fix it. It was rather difficult to get ahold of the guy that gave me a quote for the work so I called the office to schedule the job and after making payment they got to it and showed up when I was told the workers would be on site. All in all a good job and even better the office has worked with me to get things moving and now I’m enjoying a garage door that works and matches the house. I’m a hard person to please however I am happy camper and I would say they earned my recommendation. Just make sure you have plenty of coffee and WD40 lol.
