Horrible customer service, ignored when I tried to explain what had happened, then insinuated that I had slammed the door on something causing the issue. I never use the garage to begin with, and the home is my friends home, which I was watching while he was in the hospital and this was something he told me he wanted done while he was gone. Regardless of the matter, don't insinuate that I was lying or was the cause of the problem when your service tech knows nothing of the matter and is payed to perform a service not give me his opinion on how it broke, who he thinks is at fault, just fix it, I never asked how it got damaged. Also when the paying customer is talking to you maybe at the very least acknowledge them. They fixed the garage door I'll give them that, but the customer service was lacking severely. If this would have been my personal home I would have told them to get lost and payed another company that is willing to be polite. UPDATE: the garage door ended up breaking again less than a week later, making me wonder if they actually fixed the 1st time. Though the tech they sent out was much more polite and seems to have solved the issue and given us more info why it happened in the 1st place. I should also mention they ended up doing it the 2nd time for free.

Excellent service. The tech was very friendly, curtious and wealth of knowledge. It was 115° in garage and no complaints and got the job done in a split second. Highly recommended.
