Michael was amazing in getting me a unit on a very tight time frame. After another complex fell through by dragging their feet I was in San Antonio with a U-Haul filled and staying at a hotel for the night. Michael was understanding, professional, and efficient where I was able to move in the next day and hours before what we thought was possible. Highly recommend reaching out to Michael for a great place to live.

I want to start off by thanking everyone on the Overlook Exchange staff for helping me with an stress-free move from out of town. Very Genuine and caring group of individuals. I am so happy to be here in this beautiful community! I've been living at Overlook Exchange for about 9 months now and I absolutely love it here. The office staff are friendly and the maintenance crew member are very responsive. If they see you out and about they always ask if there is anything that you need to help with.

Spacious apartments and very clean property. Getting our lease was a breeze and the maintenance is very fast at fixing things. Love the pool area as well, it’s really big!

Michael and Monica were amazing in helping me quickly secure a place and went above and beyond to ensure my move in process worked out, as well as been consistently helpful even after moving in. Would highly recommend to other who are searching for a supportive staff and relaxing neighborhood!

Horrible experience. This place is infested with roaches and has a high turnover rate of employees which made it hard to communicate to them any issues. Don’t leave a review after a tour. Leave a review after living here. Ridiculous.

My daughter is a college student, a young adult trying to figure out life away from home. But when she continues to be jerked around and treated with a lack of respect momma tries to help. The office staff have been very unprofessional. The renewal of her lease is not inwritting. She inquired about extending, renewing, a six month lease about two weeks ago. She was jerked around for a week. When someone finally took the time to answer her questions, she was informed of a rental price increase. Thete was no "30 day written notification" per state laws. When she told them she would get be turning in her 30 day written move out notice, the person on the phone got an attitude in her voice and told my daughter there is a 60 day move out notice required.
We cannot pay the new increase and will need to move out. We would like to resolve this amicable, but I don't see that happening with the office manager she had a meeting with today. He was rude and continually cut her off and over talked her. We may just say F IT, AND MOVE ANYWAY.

The dryer is now turning on but it still isn’t drying clothes in one cycle it’s still taking two & three cycles to dry them completely

I was referred to Overlook Exchange by a friend of a friend, who had only good things to say. She said the leasing agents work with you and the apartments are spotless.

Upon my first visit, I discovered she hadn't told me the HALF of it! These are truly apartment HOMES. They are well built, with luxury amenities.

I viewed three layouts and in each I was delighted by the privacy in each apartment. When you open the front door, you come into an ENTRYWAY as opposed to walking right into the living room.

One of my issues with other 2br 2ba apartments is that usually, one bathroom can only be accessed through the bedroom. Overlook Exchange has thoughtfully designed their homes to include double doors for their bathrooms, allowing access from the hallway as well as the 2nd bedroom.

The amenities are incredible, too. Overlook Exchange looks the same in person as it does in photos. I laughed to myself when Angel, one of the leasing agents, gave us the tour.

There's a coffee bar, resort pool, business center, and a massage room that can be reserved for other beauty treatments as well. Oh, and right behind it is the tanning bed. It's a resort you never have to leave- as long as you pay your rent!

Beyond the amenities, the leasing office is full of kind, helpful leasing agents. Angel was so personable and thorough during the tour, and she is an excellent presenter. While viewing one of the rentals, she touched base with maintenance for a key. It was nice to actually SEE a maintenance man. I know if I have issues I won't be left waiting for repairs.

Most recently, I worked with Inez to finish my application, and she did a spectacular job. She made sure I knew what special rates were available, and contacted me promptly to ensure my application was on track. I'm so pleased with the care and service I experienced at Overlook Exchange. I am excited to live here for many years.

Lisa Li is the rudest property manager. She has no customer service skills, she is disrespectful, and does not care about her tenants. I highly recommend she gets demoted or fired!

Had a bit of a bumpy start (barely a week after moving in, some jerk snuck his trash bag into my valet bin because he was too lazy to take it to the dumpster), but the office staff have been very helpful with tackling any issues that arise.

Over priced apartments that come with roaches that'll greet you at the entrance of your building & wasps that won't leave your porch. Plus the construction blocking the road and leaving rocks that'll pop your tires. Please avoid this place.

My best friend and I had the delight of touring this property with Angel, and it truly left us speechless. This is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful properties we've ever seen. We are seriously considering making this our new home. Angel, thank you for showing us this amazing place!

I recently had the pleasure of viewing a unit with Angel, and I can't express enough how helpful and informative she was throughout the process.
