My niece live at these apartments and she recommended me. Yuri was very kind and made me feel welcome giving me leasing info. Definitely can't wait to to start the process these apartments are beautiful inside. Ask for Yuri she's the best always smiling so friendly and professional

Ive been living here for about 8 months. It’s been a horrible experience. The staff doesn’t answer the phone. When they finally do they will say whatever you want to hear to get you off the line. They never follow thru with their word. I’ve had a roach problem for a few months they haven’t sent anyone out and I’ve asked multiple of times. My air has been out for a few weeks they keep lying about parts and when it’s gonna be fixed. They did something to my unit outside and now it’s blowing hot air when the unit is off. It’s a 100+ outside and I have hot air blowing out my vents. The emergency maintenance line is a joke. No one ever answers. I left many messages no one returned a call or came by my place. The manager is fat, rude and cockeyed. She will over talk you when you try to ask questions. The staff has absolutely no urgency and it seems like no one cares honestly. I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here. I’m regretting I did. If I could have given it no stars I would have.

If i could give this place 0 stars i would. DO NOT move here. It is the beginning of august 100+ degrees outside. The air shut off. I have been calling the office, finding maintenance to work and they keep LYING TO ME. It’s 85 degrees in my house right now as i type this. Rent is 1200 dollars it is not worth all the pain and struggles that come with it. STAY WHERE YOU ARE PLEASE!

This is my 3rd renewal. I've lived here almost 3 years and I love it here. Nothing in life is perfect but I'm treated with kindness from all staff. All my work orders are completed in a timely manner and they call to verify if work is done. Things that happen at this property can happen anywhere. Take my honest review I'm a leasing Manager at another another company and these ladies go above and beyond for the residents. I miss Sady and Sharon. Yuri is.some Awesome!

I'm a new tenant at this apartment complex, I've on the 28th of July 2023, they me move in a unit where the ac unit broke, I've been going back and forth to the office trying to get them fixed the AC, and they have been giving me the runaround, and the ladies in the office doesn't try to resolve the issue.

Very nice apartments, the electric gate is being fixed, that provides confidence and security to your clients, good work, keep it up

They have very bad service and never want to fix anything. I've been living here for 8 years and everything I have is old, the stove, the kitchen lights EVERYTHING!

We tried applying online deposits total was 125 and a leasing agent told us no pretty much we have to pay almost 400$ in deposits! For what and then she laughed i dont know whats so funny but if they’re being rude over the phone imagine when you live there! All theyre is hoodrats behind a desk!

I like how they tend to keep the outside clean and that’s about it. November of 2022 I started noticing rats/mice and called the office, had me wait 2 weeks. It’s now March and still same problem. Have been calling the office since the beginning of the month and they have done nothing to fix the issue.

I've been staying here at Overton Park apartments since October, since being here, they have yet to fix the leake, the dishwasher and electricity problem apartments are being broke in, cars being broke in at least 2_3 nights out of the week it's gun shots the gates have not work since I been here. The mail boxes always getting broke in. The staff do not do they job.
