Overture Flower Mound

When I moved almost four years ago it was like a Five Star Hotel, currently the two stars are for good friendships. The facilities are abandoned, especially the common areas. BUT, Overture in Plano was built around the same time and has maintained its five stars.

I love living here and all of the amenities that are offered. I also love the area being close to Grapevine Lake. They fixed the Air Condition problem in the hallways January 2023. It is now very comfortable. The valet trash and elevators make everything convenient. The staff is very friendly and the planned events are fun!

Great place to call home. My wife and I were looking for an upscale complex that had many activities. Overture has a great Manager, staff, and Maintenance team.

My parents have been residents for 6 months and love it. The entire staff is wonderful and treat everyone like family. I highly recommend to anyone that wants independent living with excellent facilities and amenities.

What a mistake. This place is an absolute joke. DO NOT MOVE TO THIS COMMUNITY!

Renter beware. Upon move out they will charge you for replacing flooring that is normal wear and tear. Take pictures and note every tiny scratch down on your hands and knees. Senior mom lived here for 2 years and was billed $200 to replace flooring. Never been billed anywhere ever. Guessing first floor gets more scratches due to access off the street where interior access apartments all dirt comes off in hallways. Awful!
