One of my best visits yet. Loved that we are checked on periodically thought out the wait.

Vince, in Service, got the task I brought to the service techs completed well ahead of the time estimate. The work was efficiently done and the bottom line was under the the estimate. 5stars to all in the Service Department of Oviedo Ram!

Had an issue with my truck. I called spoke with Vince told him my situation. Got my truck in told me the problem got it in had it fixed pick my truck up! Good communication. Fast, professional service. Thanks again! I appreciate the fast and friendly service.

I like the service of the all employees and they're very responsive and helpful in all your questions and very fast in service on your vehicle.

I have been using thus dealership since I bought my truck. We are "Oviedo Priority members". In July, we spent over $2500 for an oil change and transmission service. We have done multiple oil changes. We have yet to get our truck washed during service as promised when purchasing truck. Oviedo sales also sold us on the fact they would supply a loaner vehicle while repairs are being done. "They don't offer that anymore". Also was supposed to get $30 oil changes. Not a chance. It's always closer to $300. And to top it all off, A week ago we went to get our key replaced because we bought a free key replacement warranty. Was informed that Oviedo doesn't honor 3rd party warranties. There is a fairly decent chance that I will not purchase another vehicle from Oviedo as they oversell and underperform. They also do not stand behind their selling points. I originally went to them because they're closer to home, but in the future I will drive an hour or two further away to get an oil change, service or to purchase a vehicle from a dealership that has some integrity.

Update:

Recieved a message to call because they wanted to make it right. Called this morning at 9am and they said Johnny would call me back shortly. It is now 2: 15pm and still have not had call returned.

The service guy came and met me in the parking lot and made me feel so special. I think his name was Dillon and he took care of me -even brought me a water. Appreciate his service with a smile!

Everyone was very helpful and took care of my vehicle’s warranty work, oil change and tire rotation

There is always an issue. This time they tried to upsale me with a $400,30,000 mile check up. My car has 48,000 miles on it so, that 30,000 mile check up has sailed. I really felt taken advantage of.

Recommend Oviedo by my dad, went in for a truck and to his dismay bought a challenger XD

The guy who got me checked in for service was awesome. When I can back to pick it up the same guy made sure to pull my vehicle up and have the ac going. Great job with customer service. I think his name was Dillon.

The service was amazing, they were fast and repaired my Jeep perfectly. I couldn’t even imagine taking my vehicle anywhere else. The experience was so incredible that I think I gained IQ points. My advisor was not only clear about the process and knowledgeable about the product, but was quite handsome as well. 10/10,2 thumbs up, 5 stars.

Philip and Vince In the service department is the absolute best. They have been handling anything I needed with the service department for years. They are prompt, respectful and kind when you talk to them. They let you know what’s going on and what’s the best way to fix any issues. I would highly recommend the service department at Oviedo Jeep, Dodge.

Well by the time I got to the Colorado River, the air conditioner did the same thing so it was not fixed. If only these men would listen to a woman, it would have been check out correctly and fixed. Very disappointed in my experience. I am sure I will not hear back from their service department as I am still waiting on them to return my calls. Once again they would speak to my husband but not me.

This morning I had my first oil change, tire rotation and courtesy wash on my 2022 Ram 1500. When I arrived I was greeted by Phillip and Dillan with a friendly smile. Thank You Johnny for having the best professional and most importantly friendly staff. It is really nice to be treated like family. Also a big thank you to the wash department for doing such a nice job on my pickup. It looked brand new!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST SERVICE EVER! I was literally in a horrible situation and I managed to get my truck to Oviedo before it completely broke down on me and Vince in the service department jumped right on it and saved the day! Within 1 hr I was back on the road and rolling again! I highly recommend OVIEDO to anyone!

I have always had a better experience with LaGrange chrysler jeep dodge and then i've had any other place especially bastrop i would probably give them a five star maybe four but they're very helpful and very nice i know for a fact because i've had problems with bastrop but i like LaGrange a lot better
