OYO Hotel Luling TX Downtown I-10/US-90

Lady in the front was rude and unprofessional, rooms are very unclean with holes and bugs everywhere!

Showed up to check in and she said that we had canceled our room when we just got off the phone in the morning to make sure both rooms were there and she told us yes there are reservations for 2 rooms never will I return there. You book a room to know that you have a place to stay when you get in town to find out THEY canceled my room smh

Don't stay here. The manager was very rude to me. I told her I go by she/her. And she did not care what I had to say. I asked for more towels and she refused to bring them. The floor was disgusting. The couch was all ripped up and she didn't care I asked for another room she said that's all they had I only saw two cars in the parking lot. I recorded her. She was very unprofessional. I RECOMMEND ON ONE STAY HERE! NASTY MOTEL BURN IT DOWN AND FIRE THE MANAGER!

Very nice man answered the phone & most politely told me they only allow service animals so generally no pets allowed unless it is a service animal.

Based on your website I thought that I was in the wrong place when I arrived. The facility is probably 60+ years old and very run down. I requested a non-smoking room but I wound up with a smoking room as my reservation had been changed. The room had no towels and no cold water. The only plus was Dora at the front desk who did her best to make it a decent stay. Don't be fooled by their website. This is an old run down motor inn at best.

I went about two weeks back on w family trip with a close friend of mine when we arrived I was shocked, the buildings wrecked into, infested with bugs, and disgusting beds. I booked online at hotels.com to the oyo hotel which looked beautiful and luxurious in the pictures but it’s a oldddd brick motel. Never going again the lady canceled my booking because I was discussing with my family the pet fees and refused service when I tried to rebook worst experience ever, I wish there was a option to put no stars

First room given to us was already occupied. Second room would not open with key card. But, service was friendly.

Arrived to a few people up at the front desk because the clerk gave them a key card to a room that was already booked and had people in it (stuff happens so I let that go) once we got to our room I noticed a bug (roach) on the wall that was disgusting, there was pee in the toilet and crumbs on the bed (signs of it not being cleaned) so my family and I left and stayed with a family member. DO NOT GO TO THIS “HOTEL” EVEN IF ITS THE ONLY ONE LEFT.

Would give a zero if I could! Booked over the phone, they told me there was a room so I paid immediately. Went directly there & was told that there were no rooms available & she didn't know what I was talking about. She said the 800 number line is always overlooking her.

I made a reservation at OYO in Luling and paid for it on Expedia.

After receiving my confirmation I called the property to inquire a specific about checking in. The woman who answered the phone told me they were full and that “they are always over-booking. ”

When I asked about returning my money she told be to get it back from “whoever you gave it to”

I had no choice but to change my plans on the spur of the moment and driving later into the night than I had wanted.

Needless to say no one is answering my calls. Will I ever see a refund?

Management and office personnel were diligent friendly and delivered customer service at the highest level. Due to the unexpected circumstances they were experiencing with plumbing issues it was handled professionally and effectively. The manager Dora went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and satisfied. Maintenance was quick and courteous and the room was very clean. I heard noise in the parking lot and when I stepped out and looked maintenance and management was already on top of it and shut the commotion down quickly so that guests weren’t disturbed. I was impressed and have never seen that in a hotel before. Great job you all deserve a healthy salary increase in my opinion!

After driving 5 hours only to find out the OYO MOTEL IN LOCKHART TX would not honor our online reservation we pd for in advance nor refund our money, Corporate OYO got us a room in Luling with awesome people who welcomed us with open arms. Thank you very much for making a terrible situation better. That's what real southern hospitality is all about.

This is my very first stay here at this motel and it is wonderful, way better than motel 6 way be better!

Im still there but love it. I will never go to Oyos again they charged my card for $340 n when i showedup to check in they had given my room away and i asked for $ bk and they couldnt give me $ smh.still waitin on refund. Called Luling INn and she was there to help me
