Cancelling my account. Guy came three times during the day even though we repeatedly told them we had a job and to come later. They said they'd come at 4: 30 so I rushed home two days in a row to meet them but no one ever showed up. They wanted me to take a day off work to meet them for a water delivery. They wouldn't deliver on weekends or after hours and would not leave the delivery without a person being present. Huge waste of time and money. I will never get back the hours and money I lost before I realized this service is literally unavailable to anyone with a job, as they only deliver Monday through Friday 9-4. That they demand people be present during work hours and then repeatedly not show up is unacceptable business practice.

Horrible communication (none) and terrible customer service. Told twice he couldn't find my address, after they have delivered multiple times and then pushed off a third time claiming driver was sick. I cancelled my service. Too many companies out there.

Delivery guy called me the day of my delivery saying he didn't have my water cooler on the truck so he had to reschedule. This was my first delivery! I will find another company.
