P & A Auto Sales, Houston TX

Today was my first time coming to P & A auto and everyone was very nice and so patient! Orlando even with the extra mile to get me another set of tires which made my dad and myself very happy! The lady at the front desk was very kind and patient as well. Also the mechanic and owner. Such a loving family! Makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend P & A Auto Sales! I'm very happy with my Jeep! They even set my notes according to my pay dates and very reasonable. They deserve 5 stars!

Very good sales person n good customer service. I would recommend to anyone in search for a good used vehicle. No pressure to buy. Questions are answered promptly. I saw an good honest saleman.

Everything with customer service started out great but then went down hill. Went here to find and test drove the car I liked and ready to purchase but foundout the car needed to be checked due to engine light. Was no given any type of followup other than me calling to find out if and when the car was going to be ready to purchase and pick up. It's been 3 weeks now and still no car and no response back. The number has been disconnected so now that even makes me more furious and unsure about place
