One of the difficulties of moving out of state as I did this year is losing an established trusted provider of dental care: in my case, Dr. Andrew Benson and his staff. From the time Dr. Benson arrived in his Parker Road office I and my daughter were patients. I could depend on accurate assessment and various options for treatment to be patiently explained with a focus on longtime preservation of my teeth. I tend to prefer conservative approaches and this was respected. My good dental health is a testament to the high artistry and clinical skills used by Dr. Benson. I never felt rushed, always found Dr. Benson friendly, and my appointments seemed like a visit with family. My adult daughter worked internationally and Dr. Benson always found an appointment time, sometimes on short notice, for her when she irregularly came home. I drive 167 miles (one way) to see Dr. Benson, and have for.probably close to 10 years. I've tried several dentists, but Dr. Benson is worth the drive. He manages pain extremely well - probably what most look at reviews to find out. I'm 60, so I've had many visits. He's excellent with pain management.

But what impresses me is how impressed he is with himself. He. Is. Proud. Of. His. Work. He knows he's good. I'm quite certain he believes he is THE best. I'm VERY happy that I'm seeing a dentist who prides himself on the workmanship of dentistry. So, he's not the only one who things he's the best - it's why I drive. 334 miles round trip, and, God willing, always will.

He's also a heck of a nice guy.

My, my, how this review is long over due. Dr. Benson is hands down the best dentist I've ever had and his whole staff is incredible. Previously I had a lot of bad dental work and Dr. Benson did an incredible job at doing what needed to be done.and there was A LOT to be done. His staff is very tentative and do a great job of making sure you're on top of your dental care. Getting me to the dentist was like pulling teeth before (ha) but with Dr. Benson's office I always look forward to going and thanks to them my smile is the healthiest its ever been. Dr. Benson is very informative and actually motivates me to care for my mouth, and takes the time to explain the importance of certain habits while offering little hacks along the way that can keep your smile in tip top shape. I also got my wisdom teeth removed here and while I can barely remember it, that's a good thing because I know it was fast, I was comfortable, and the pain was minimal. Before seeing Dr. Benson I ALWAYS had new cavities at my checkups, but thanks to him and his team I FINALLY had a checkup where I passed without one. Absolutely recommend for anyone looking for a great family friendly dentist.

Dr. Benson took the time to explain to me all of my options and made sure I was well informed about my health. You can tell he really sees dentistry as a craft and he tries his best to be a master at it!

Dr. Benson and his staff are extremly kind and very professional. As soon as you arrive you are greeted with smiles and you feel like you are visiting with friends. Dr. Benson and his assistant, Alma, make you feel relaxed and at ease. They explain the procedure step by step. Dr. Benson is a true artist! He takes photographs and puts them on a computer screen and shows you the areas that need to be corrected. He is never rushed and listens to your questions and gives answer that you can under stand! I have been told by complet strangers that I have beautiful teeth! I have no problem telling them that I highly recommend Dr. Benson for any dental problems! My teeth look natural and I smile often!
