Called to place a to-go order over the phone at 11: 26pm tonight. The man said they don’t accept to go orders over the phone only through DoorDash or Grubhub. All orders had to be placed by 11: 45 pm and walk-in orders were accepted until 11: 45pm as well.

I placed my order via DoorDash as instructed at 11: 40pm. I arrived to the location to pick up my order at 11: 45pm but waited to enter since the app said it wouldn’t be ready until 11: 52pm. At 11: 50pm on the dot I witnessed the whole staff leave and lock up for the night!

Why would you instruct me on how to get my order in time if you weren’t even going to make it?

That was completely unprofessional!

Terrible customer service. The attendant was very rude and unprofessional. Did not even bother to answer our questions. Do not recommend.

The reason I gave 3 stars is because I ordered a Bàhn-Mí and I asked they put the jalapeño on the side, and they literally put it right beside the sandwich so with that being said the back side of the the bread was very spicy. Usually, when I order at a place when I ask for an ingredient on the side, they will put it separately. Next time, I'll be more specific. It was just very upsetting because it was for my 9 year old granddaughter.

The food is sooooooo good here. Usually I feel a lil suspicious when a restaurant has a big menu. But literally everything that we got was tasty and delicious. I have had good wonton soup with a rich broth in a while and I’m so happy I tried this place out. Recommend the wonton soup, beef with brócoli, egg rolls, and crab puffs.

This place is pretty popular with Uber eats and I thought I’d try it. I ordered pho. Even though the name of the place is authentic Chinese food. It tasted old and gave it back to them. She let me get a chicken fried rice instead (instead of a refund) and I ordered string bean chicken stir fry. The stir fry was so good. The chicken fried rice was gross. I gave it back to her. I asked for white rice instead. The menu is all over the place. They have two menu’s— Vietnamese and Chinese. That’s too many things to have on the menu. On top of that, they have abut 50 items to choose from on each menu. Now I know why they are popular on Uber eats because they attract more customers but are not retaining them because the food is never fresh.

Excellent food, every single time when I arrive to Houston, I order my food as soon as my plane lands and by the time I arrive to the hotel my food is already waiting for me. The teriyaki chicken is superb, the Mongolian beef is tender and full of flavor, the house special Lo Mein is just perfect, we invited some friends to have Pho and it didn’t disappoint, the beef brisket Pho was plentiful and tender, another night we had sandwiches, lemongrass beef and Mongolian chicken and they were simply amazing. AND the desserts! The macaroons were absolutely awesome! I bought several containers to bring to California for my friends and family in lieu of generic souvenirs like keychains and such. Thank you for making my work trips easier with your fantastic food!

Found me a new place! Food is great. Large portions. Will be returning and make this place a regular stop.

Got there 40 min be closing, and said no dine-in service. The 2nd-time service has been awful

I just placed an order with your restaurant thru Favor. I was thrilled with the delivery, until I found my main dish order did not arrive with the other food, even though when I went back to double check my order the dish was there, but when I checked the ticket from the restaurant, it did not even appear on the receipt. I am very upset, since I am a diabetic who needs to eat. The appetizers and my husband's choices were very good.

Everything I've ordered from here has been absolutely amazing! Great American-Chinese dishes. Fantastic flavors, ample portion sizes, A+! The wings and fried rice are great, as well as skewers!

Good was pretty good. Fried rice that came with lunch plate left a lot to be desired. Overall pretty good. I do prefer the Bellaire location over this one for food taste.

Better and cheaper before, all the food is just low grade now. Rice is hard, flavors are too sweet and thrown together and service is non existent. Not worth it, any other Chinese place is better.

The foods pretty good but not for the price, you could easily get chinese food like this in any other city for half the price. NYC fried rice is $7 and here at pk it’s almost $13.

That was the worst chicken pad Thai I have EVER had. I just had to spit it out. The egg rolls are also terrible. What a waste of $20 and how upsetting my 2 year old also didn’t get to eat. It was just old and bad tasting. I had to brush my teeth to get the flavor out of my mouth and smell out of my nose! This place needs possibly a health inspector because the food tasted very old and unsafe to eat.

My husband and I tried P. King because it was the only place open late at night. When we entered, we were ready to order but none of the employees paid any attention to us. Later we realized customers have to order from a touchscreen kiosk so that's what we did but an employee could have easily pointed this out. After ordering, we took a seat and a while passed before an employee let us know our food was ready. Our food had been sitting on a counter for some time but we didn't know because none of the employees said anything. Overall, the food was decent. I really liked the egg drop soup and vegetable roll. The entree itself was just okay. Service definitely could be better.

I love this place. I don’t understand the mixed reviews except maybe they aren’t as good with delivery? - I always eat in the restaurant but ordered a few times during Covid lockdown and was satisfied with service. The black pepper chicken is to die for (try this if you aren’t sure- yum!) and the staff has always been super sweet with me and my kid. I also love the house special fried noodles (For those less familiar with Chinese spices it may take a few bites and it grows on you then you crave it). It’s clean and almost always quiet inside which is a plus for me as I hate crowds- a lot of their business must be delivery.

We came in about 30 mins until they closed. We were immmet with them saying only Togo orders and they weren't very nice. We attempted to order on the kiosk and paid but the kiosk wouldn't work. The money was taken off my card but my order was "never" placed so we had to replace it and paid with a different card. I told the worker the money was taken from my card and they just blew it off like it didn't matter. I will be calling and getting my money back!

The server was nice, place was clean but food was super nasty. It tasted like it was heated in the microwave

OMG! They have all your favorites elevated, plus I may have found some new favorites! And they were glad to see you.

Went to pick up an order for Uber eats, I was the only one picking up food there. I waited patiently as the order was not ready. Waited too long so I decided to go ask if the order was ready and it was but no one said anything. When I asked how long was it ready for the man im assuming is owner walked away without acknowledging me my concern. The client wasn't upset that it took so long but i lost time with their bad service. While I was waiting I overheard them complaining about all of the negative reviews. Maybe focus on better service.
