David was amazing. He walked me through the fingerprinting process, as it was my first time, and he was clear and concise. The atmosphere is very calm and welcoming and everything is very clean. You have to use the restroom they have to wash your hands prior to beginning the process and it has to be the cleanest restroom I’ve ever seen in a business. Kudos to David and Pack and Ship.

I started selling items online and the part that gave me the most trouble was packing and shipping everything but this place has been super helpful. Chris, David and Paul always go the extra mile helping me pack and ship the items. Also the pricing is very good!

The people who work here are very helpful, kind and patient. I was having trouble faxing some documents and they quickly figured out how to get the documents faxed. Convenient drop off location for all major shipping services (USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL). They will also package your items and find you the best shipper and service to meet your needs based on price, shipping speed, etc.
In addition they offer mailbox rentals, do passport photos, fingerprint cards, and more. Customer service is always exceptional!
