I happened upon this place by coincidence as I needed a watch battery for an old pocket watch I was giving my son and I was next door at target and did a Google search when it popped up. It just so happened to be the day the freezing cold front came in and I blew in looking for a battery. The young man who helped me was very pleasant and quickly installed the battery and set the time and it just made my day. I was not feeling well and was running late but his kindness was genuine and I appreciated that. He's a huge asset to that store and customers will return because of him I know I will. Thank you.

About 3 years ago he replaced a battery on my wife's watch. So this time he replaced 2 batteries on 2 watches. There is a widow in the work area so you can observe his workmanship. Took about 10 minutes. He also gave me his opinion on the value of the watches.

They didn't have what we wanted but the service was still very friendly and informative
