13Liars and Thieves. Employees said I did not leave my keys in the dressing room. Went back two more times and said they weren’t there. Payed for a new car key unnecessarily. A month later my keys were there and my designer wristlet on them were gone.
Had an awful experience at the pacsun at stonebriar. The Caucasian girl st the billing counter was racist and wouldn’t help at all.
I visited your store in Stonebriar Mall, Frisco today 6/4/22. My daughter wanted to try on 2 swim tops. Her friend tried on clothes on 6/3/22 and she was told 1 person per fitting room. There was a line for the fitting rooms but there was a “closed” sign on all of the fitting rooms. I asked the attendant if the fitting rooms were closed and she said, she just closed them but since we only have 2 items we can try them on. There were only like 5 other customers in the store and no one behind us in line. Two people come out of the rooms and the lady in front of us went in. The attendant came up to me and said unfortunately, the manager said you can not try these on because I have to close the fitting rooms. I asked why and she tells me because they have no key and are short staffed. Meanwhile, the attendant and another worker stand in the same place talking and looking at their phones. They were obviously not busy.
There was an issue when we checked out and the manager had to override a sale item. I thanked him and asked if he was the manager. He said yes. I asked him why he denied us to try on the swim tops. He seemed confused, so the cashier said we don’t have a key and people snuck under the door.
I said that makes no sense to me.
My question to you, PacSun….
What is wrong with your Frisco store? !? Make this right for me! Please. I spend A LOT of money with your store. This horrible customer service. I have other opinions about what happened, but will not post them on the review, since they are sensitive matters.
Got asked weird questions by employees, left my friend and I in a very awkward position (still embarrassed by the incident) and there are no markers to indicate where the line is, making the environment confusing and disorganized for the customers
Absolutely the WORST customer service. My mom and I went to return 3 jeans. The girl was straight up sarcastic and rude. When she brought a guy because she didn’t know what she was doing, he had an attitude for no reason. Pacsun get your employees attitude in place because y’all will lose customers with hiring moody teens.
Returned some clothes. Manager guy just had a bad attitude, and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I wouldn’t shop here.
Place was a mess, employs on their phones and just chaos. If you really want to get something from pacsun, get it online or a different store
Bought a shirt that said Medium along with approx. $250 worth of other merchandise. When I got home the shirt was like an XXXL. Drove all the way back today with my receipt and they wouldn't let me exchange for the right size for "24 hours. " What? I had my receipt and everything. I have never herd of policies like this. So now they will be getting the shirt and my whole purchase returned after 24 hours and I will not ever buy from here. Beware. I am sure it will be some other reason they won't take a return when I get there. All over an $18 Tshirt clearly mistagged.
Drew and Lindsay were AMAZING! Helped me find a ton of pants and helped me outside of my comfort zone. WILL BE BACK! (after i get paid!) thank you to them for helping me feel happy with my body <3
Anytime I have a return to make, the manager has an issue with it. He could not take responsibility for selling me a defective item! He expected me to immediately return it once I had noticed the stain on the clothing, as if I don’t have a job and other responsibilities. This is absolutely ridiculous and is an on going trend with management here. I don’t recommend buying anything from here if you don’t want to waste your money.
Waited 20 minutes to return an item that didn’t fit and they refused to help my teen daughter. If I had been there, I’m sure they would have done so but since it was my teenager, they didn’t help AT ALL! Horrible customer service for a store that wants teens business. I can’t imagine why I would go back! Awful.
They never answer the phone at the Frisco location. Went to store to get help with a gift card and was told call the customer service phone number. Called customer service and they don’t answer. Horrible experience. Manager didn’t want to help at all. Waste of time.
