Urban outfitters, and Tilly’s, Nordstrom, etc, I recommend instead of this store because they let you use the fitting rooms. The staff walk around avoiding eye contact with a pained look on their faces like they don’t get payed enough to be helpful in any way.

I came in at 8: 35 to get a present for Christmas and they closed? But they don’t close till 9? There was a girl in the counter on her phone and me and another girl even asked her if she’s closed and she just looked up and said yeah. And after me like 3 more people came!

This store is has horrible customer service. The manager is so disrespectful and was very sarcastic. I would suggest shopping at a different location.
