Padre Dermatology, Corpus Christi TX

Great experience from the moment I drove in the parking lot. You show up with lots of questions and maybe some concerns. There is plenty of parking, the place is not only clean on the inside but the outside is very clean and inviting as well. The front staff are very welcoming and professional. Katie was on point and very helpful getting me set up with the digital tablet for my information. I think it’s great that more offices are moving into the digital age. I feel they are easier to fill out than paper. Brittany came out to the waiting room and took me to the exam room. She introduced herself and asked what brought me in to the office today. After my explanation of concerns and questions, she noted them down and said they would review here with me after my full body exam. They provided me with a medical gown to wear. Dr. Rogers and Brittany came back shortly and he asked me some follow up questions. Dr. Rogers began his thorough exam starting with the spots that brought me in. That made me feel like he listened to me and wanted to address my concerns first. He explained what he found as he examined me and Brittany took notes. After the exam he provided detailed explanation of what he found. He also told me there was a small spot he wanted to culture. He let me know Brittany would help prepare me for the procedure. Brittany took pictures of the area before the procedure and let me know what was going to happen during the procedure. Dr Rogers came back in and explained what he was doing as he did the procedure. Quick and painless. He asked if I had any further questions and said they would like to set up an appointment for a year later to see if there are any changes. Brittany explained they would call me with my results when they came back and asked if I had any questions before she left as well. The front staff were very quick and friendly during my check out as well. They set up my exam for next year and said thank you for coming in. It’s great when a business treats you like a customer and thanks you for your business. I would recommend this office to anyone, I drove over an hour after getting the recommendation. Very much worth the drive!

Dr. Rogers and entire staff was wonderful. Very welcoming, informative and helpful on my first appointment with them. I will be back.

Refused to see me because my secondary insurance is Medicaid but I was only going to use Blue Cross, which they confirmed in network. My mom goes here and uses the same insurance I was going to use. But that didn’t matter because apparently since I had 2 insurances I can’t be seen. Makes no sense.

Dr Rogers was very professional and helpful. Office staff was super amazing too. So glad we have such a great Dermatologist in Corpus Christi

I've interacted with Dr Rogers for several years. He is a caring, personable doctor who I would recommend to others.

We have been patients of South Texas Dermatology (Dr Davis for years)
But, thought this is a new closer place, they had quick openings.
Only in it for the money! When you go to a dermatologist you expect them to have you put a gown on and do a full body screening.
Not the case, asked my husband if he had any concerns (of course he said no) took a look at his face, said you’re good.
Me I requested a gown, said I was fine also.

Not feeling good about that visit at all for either of us I quickly made our appointments with our regular Dermatologist, thank the lord I did!
Two months later, my husband and I both had precancerous spots burned and they took a biopsy of my husbands face, which turned out to be Squamous Basal Carcinoma which he will have the MOHS procedure next week

Think twice before you make an appointment with this Doctor on the island.

All the Stars ️ Dr. Rogers and his team are the best. He specializes in skin cancer and Moh’s surgery and it shows. I had to have some cancer removed above my lip and the stitches were tiny and straight. My scar should heal nicely. I highly recommend this dermatologist and his staff to anyone looking for excellent care.

Dr Rogers is so knowledgeable and very professional. The staff is amazing and the environment is so welcoming. I am so excited for the upcoming Medi Spa coming to Padre Dermatology in October! Highly recommend Padre Dermatology!

They don't return your calls, and their website is down.
I've left several voicemails at their number for a couple weeks. They called me back once, said they needed to gather the information and would call me back, and never did.
I left yet another voicemail, and still no call back from them.
I tried their website, but it has a host error.
I suppose tou need to drive all the way over there and see them in person to get information about your own appt.
What a waste of my time.

Dr Rogers and his staff were exception, very professional and helpful. I had Mohs surgery and it went quite well. The entire staff was very good, I couldn't ask for anything more.
