They care about you and your pain. I had injections that helped me tremendously. The doctor is kind and considerate along with Sabrina they truly helped me get ready for my injections.

This is my 3rd pain management clinic and the best. The previous clinics hassled me. That does not happen here. They have shown more patience with my long lasting pain issues than I expected.

My experience at Pain Specialist was very smooth with reminders from the office to be there on time and what to expect next day. When I arrived I was served immediately and with 5 min I was called for preparation for my procedure. Dr. Frederick was pleasant and was quick but smooth and prepared me in advance for the shot. My fear quickly went away and my pain has subsided and I'm comfortable again. Thanks Pain Centers for a smooth experience. MEP

The doctors are great but the billing people are infuriating. The worst part is that the billing Dept will add additional charges and then blindside you right before your appointment saying that you have to pay these extra charges OR YOU WON’T BE SEEN. They know that your quality of life depends on getting help for your chronic pain and then they blackmail you into paying the charges with little explanation. Sometimes the charges are legit and someone they aren’t but they give you no chance to figure it out. Just tell you to pay or not be seen. If you live life on a budget, this isn’t the place for you. It’s all about the money with no compassion in their billing Dept. That said, the doctors are fantastic.

The procedure went smoothly with almost no pain. It has been a week and my back pain is under control and the spasms are gone

Always a great and effective appointment by PSA. They manage my pain so I can live my life in a mostly pain free manner.

They take care of me every time I am there. This last time Dr. Mouch and the staff took care of me and dealt with the issue I had going on. Being sick because of kidney stones or food poisoning is not good. They helped with getting me a blue bag and telling me that I could have stayed home due to the blue bag being used. May god bless them with many more years of service. Thank you staff and Dr. Mouch!

Dr Fredrick is amazing I’ve been his patient the better part of 3 years. Unlike any other provider & though he is only my pain doctor he is the only doctor I can tell exactly how and where my pain is. I can tell him what is wrong and why it’s bothering me. His bedside manner is so warm and kind. I really appreciate him.

They need to pay more attention to getting to know ther patients get the right files for the right patients so the doctor knows who he is talking to so he can diagnose properly

My appointment was made through the call center so it was not made where I would go on James Casey. I was surprised they took me in when I arrived. I want to thank all the office staff and Dr Ashley for seeing me on the spot. Not only did they get me in that same day they set me up for a procedure the next day. I’m very pleased with the great service and recommend them. Thank you so much for helping me this week, I greatly appreciate all you have done for me.

Can't really tell you much because I haven't had the appointment yet BUT I will tell you that when I make an appointment to see the doctor. I want to see the doctor - not a PA or nurse. If I had arrived and the doctor was not available I would have left.

Angela has been my provider for years and she always has my best interests at heart. The support staff is friendly, helpful, and responsive. I've recently moved, but will continue to see Angela despite the six hour round trip drive. I highly recommend PSA.

They have changed my life! Their care has literally kept me out of the hospital & that says alot. My doctor truly cares & I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.

I recommend seeing an actual specialist before some national/chain healthcare facility such as Pain Specialists of America.
Was experiencing horrible back pain. Went in and chatted with one of the doctors for a bit. They required a drug test before prescribing medication. That was fine and understandable considering todays pill popping epidemic. Except they failed to mention the office visit and a drug test would cost close to $2,000. Close to $1,400 for the drug test alone. This didn't even include the cost of prescription pills which didn't work.
Had this appointment and everything been around the cost of seeing a regular doctor or a specialist I wouldn't even waste my time writing a negative review such as this. But the general public needs to know what they're getting into before deciding which direction they want to go for their pain management and how much they can afford.

PA one of the Sanderson Sisters told me there was no surgery for a burst vertebrae found a great Spine Specialist who shared the fact that I needed surgery asap and they did not read my MRI completely waste of time and money
