Employee Josh at Painters Solutions was truly such a great help in tracking down a prior (and in my experience better) model of a hand held paint pail recently redesigned and modified by the manufacturer. I had looked high and low locally and online for this prior model which I preferred and Josh was willing to have a warehouse worker physically search their inventory and they found one piece left which Josh earmarked for my order. I now have this great product and several other excellent items (brushes and a 3M respirator I ordered at really great prices. He verified my question, (I was worried about the item being out of stock and, needed it fast). He stated, if I was to purchase in 15 min he would have it on the Monday truck for shipping. Bought 12 rolls of painters tape to line pickleball courts. Shipment arrived on date promised. I ordered 1.88" wide tape. I received 1.44" wide tape. I contacted Painters Solutions and I got a call back immediately apologizing for shipping the wrong width and asking what they could do to correct. I accepted a 30% refund which they promptly posted to my credit card. Mistakes happen. But it is such a positive experience when the company responds quickly and seeks to make things right.
