Painting with a Twist, McKinney TX

We hosted our daughters birthday here and did a paint your pet party. Cody "The Dude" gave all of our guest the most amazing experience. We had several parents tell us this was their favorite birthday party they had been to all year! Thank you so much for making my kiddos birthday amazing!

I never realized how relaxing and fun it is to paint! And, Painting with a Twist is such a great place to relax with co-workers and friends! "The Dude" was not just instructional; he was also fun, friendly, engaging, and is a pop-culture guru! I highly recommend that you grab some great friends and your favorite wines and head to Painting with a Twist for a great time!

We had a great time on our 2nd Team Building Event. Everyone wants to do this again. Cody was awesome and so much fun.

Had a great time with my best friend for our first experience with painting! Our host and the host's assistant were fantastic - we cannot wait to come back.

We had the best class with Cody. He was positive, encouraging, and helpful with everyone. We even had young kids maint their pet and turned out great. We will definitely be back with a larger group next time.

We had our daughter’s 6th birthday party here and it was a blast! Tamara did the scheduling and found us the perfect paintings for our Mario theme. She made it so easy and stress free to get it all planned. I absolutely loved how the parents and kids were painting together. It wasn’t just a kid party where parents stand in the corner watching all the fun. Yet the icing on the cake was our instructor Cody. He was so encouraging with the kids about their painting style and his overall energy was contagious to allow people to just have fun. I highly recommend having your any type of party here.

I had so much fun! Shame on me for not remembering the young man who was teaching the class. He took the time to not only remember everyone’s name, but made the class amazing. Can’t wait to go back.

Ebony is great. I've been to her painting sessions at least three times. She makes things fun for everyone.

My 6 yr old and I attended a family painting class, the instructor was amazing and my kiddo had such an amazing experience he chose to have his birthday party here.

His party was so much fun, his friends loved the experience and the staff really made this event memorable. Some of the parents even discussed coming back for date night! This place is fun for all ages.

The staff was so friendly. Cody, The Dude, was our instructor. He was AWESOME! He was very friendly and personable. He made us feel welcome and comfortable immediately. His instructions on how to do the painting was great and easy to follow. He is a great and unique guy. We will surely ask for him again when we return.

I took my granddaughter for a painting class and it was great. She made a mistake on her painting and they offered another canvas free of charge. They also let her choose a free painting that one of the teachers had made to take home. I will be back with my husband for a date night

Our group of 13 had a fantastic time painting with Chelsea. We could not ask for a more delightful, entertaining nor engaging afternoon with friends. Thank you for making this a magical event.

We had a group of 15 family members celebrating one who is moving out of Texas. Everyone had such a good time, already talking about doing it again. Staff was amazing.

Had a great time last night. Our instructor was very nice and did a good job teaching us. Loved that it was bogo night and that I could take my granddaughter to the class. I love to watch her paint. Please do another bogo.

My daughter and I had so much fun doing this class together! The instructor was fantastic with kids. The studio is beautiful, and we left with two gorgeous pieces of art. Loved it! My daughter asked when can we go back?

Had a great time painting "wet kiss" with the wife and letting go of some stress from the week. If you are hesitant about going because you have never picked up a paint brush since kindergarten then trust me, you will be fine. 'Dude' breaks the ice and makes it more relaxing. Not to mention so does the alcohol.

Came here last night for couples painting (single canvas is an option if you are going with a friend but there was also a mountain painting in the next room as well) Cody was our instructor and he was super funny as he guided us on the painting! His dad jokes were killer. They have two stools in the studio with a back support if you have back issues.my partner does and we were able to score one for him. They also have foldable chairs but they don’t quite reach the canvas. Standing up is an option too. This was my first time and it was pretty cool! I am glad we spent date night here!

It was amazing. My wife and I's first time. Will definitely be going again. Friendly staff, amazing atmosphere.
